So if you loose all your money when you go back to level 1, could you trade your money to someone before you beat oro and then get it back when you are level 1 again? And the person that kept your money could have part of it for themselves like as a service fee, or is that against the rules?

That way isn't possible.

But there are some places where you can put gold that carries over in Orochimaru kills but you have to find that on your own =)
