In regards to this whole topic, even though something is banned but people are going around it anyways, doesn't mean that we should remove the ban just because it's only being a "hassle." They can just as easily begin coding something to prevent you from getting around the initial ban on something that should not even be happening at all. And even if the coffers allow for everyone to withdraw gold, doesn't make it an excuse to remove the ban on dp transfer. Dp transferred from a main to an alt are potential money donations lost for the site. It's a lot different from gold, that has no monetary value whatsoever.
And no, Neji doesn't approve of self-funding. He's being kind to us to at least let us give our alts keys to dwellings, because also if you think about it, you can at least roleplay inside the main page of the dwelling. But if you keep pressing the matter, we could probably lose rights to that as well, which would also cut off coffer usage.
