If nobody is online, we will deal with it afterwards. The outcome will be the same: warning/ban/whatnot.
I have not seen enough reports unsolved to merit more moderators - of course it would be good to have 24/7 somebody online, but this is also an illusion that more people means it will get better.
Finding the right chaps is not easy, keeping to play the game *and* have some sort of "job" on there is neither.
