False Honor (Mission)
« on: June 17, 2012, 04:23:35 AM »

Q was on his way back to his village with Benihime by his side as always. They were walking down the seeming peaceful road of the Green Lands, when they were suddenly confronted by a swordsman and his fanboys.

"What have we got here? A Ninja-in-a-can taking his pet out for a stroll?" the swordsman laughed as his lackeys forms a human barricade, blocking off the road in front.

Q was particularly clam despite the man's provocative "greeting". The same however, cannot be said about Benihime.

Hearing the swordsman's provocative words, Benihime steps in front of the Benikage with her Kunai drawn, one in each hand. Holding her Kunai defensively in front of her, she gives the man a piercing glare.

"Wooo~ nice spirit! I love a girl with some fight in her." the swordsman said with a wicked grin on his face. "How 'bout it brother, I'll duel you for this girl?" the man asked.

"What's in it for me if I win?" Q asked with his eyes fixed on the katana resting on the swordsman's shoulder.

The man easily picks up Q's interest in his well-crafted katana and decided to use it as a bait since his provocation failed. "You like this, brother?" the swordsman asked as he swings his katana down and holds it in front of him. "Alright, I'll give you my most treasured katana if you defeat-"

"No, she'll be the one dueling you, not me." Q suddenly cut in before the man could finish speaking.

The swordsman hesitated for a moment, but then one of his lackeys suddenly walks up to him. The lackey has a piece of paper about the size of a wanted poster in his hands and shows it to the swordsman. His eyes widen when he saw the poster and agrees to the duel. "Fine with me, brother." the man replied with a wide grin on his face.

"I leave this to you, Benihime." Q said as he gives the girl a pat on her head and steps away, observing the battle from the grass field.

As soon as the Benikage reaches a safe distance away from her, Benihime runs towards the swordsman with her kunai aimed at his neck, crossing them like a pair of scissors as she goes for her target.

Surprised by her speed, the swordsman quickly hold up his katana with both hands to parry Benihime's attack. The vicious attack sends the swordsman's lackey stumbling backwards in fear. "No bad, girlie. But not good enough!" the swordsman exclaims as he pushes Benihime back with his raw strength. He then pulls out his Wakizashi and aims a slash across the girl's waist while holding his Katana in position with only his left hand.

Benihime quickly leaps away to avoid having her stomach sliced open by the Wakizashi. Realizing the raw physical strength of her opponent which is way above her own, Benihime had no choice but to depend on her Kekkei Genkai if she were to defeat the swordsman without damaging the Katana. Dropping her kunai, Benihime puts her hands together to form a seal. Moments later, she begins spitting out huge volume of blood onto the ground.

"What the- is she sick or something?!" the swordsman exclaims as he was shocked after seeing gruesome sight.

As soon as the blood stopped coming out from her mouth, Benihime immediately begins forming a string of hand seals. "Blood Dragon Bullet Technique!" she calls out as a dragon rises from her blood and charges towards the swordsman.

"Tch, it seems that I underestimated the girl." the swordsman curses under his breath as he runs into the grassy field to avoid the dragon that was coming at him. He then makes a sharp turn and speed towards Benihime with the tip of his blade running along the earth's surface. As he close the distance between him and Benihime, the swordsman swings his Katana upwards, unleashing a explosive blow that sends the ground and everything in it flying at the girl. Tiny rocks fly across the air like bullets, while dirt fills the air around her like a smoke screen.

Blinded by the cloud of dust, there was nothing Benihime could do but put up her arms to guard her eyes from the in-coming "bullets". As this was happening, the dragon that she unleashed earlier falls to the ground, and was reduced to a pool of blood.

The lackeys could only watch the intense battle from afar as it unfolds, as it was clearly out of their league.

As soon as the dust in the air settles down just enough for the swordsman to make out Benihime's shadow, the man continues his attack with a swift thrust aimed at the calf of her left leg. Since she is "part" of her prize-to-be, the swordsman wanted to immobilize her instead of killing her.

Blood pours out from Benihime's left leg as the swordsman's blade impales it. As the dust in the air finally settles down, the grin on her face is revealed. The blood from her leg runs up the blade of the Katana while holding it in place to prevent the swordsman from retrieving it.

"You-are-mine." Benihime mumbles to herself as her blood suddenly speed towards the swordsman's right arm.

The swordsman attempted to pull out his Katana but something was holding onto it. It was then that he notices the blood that was running up the blade of his Katana at great speed. "What the hell?!" the man screams in horror as Benihime's blood consumes his right arm. The swordsman lets go of his Katana and stumbles backwards. But it was all too late for him, his entire right arm is already covered in her blood. In shock, the man didn't know what to do as he stares at the blood that is making its way up to his shoulder.

The swordsman's lackeys call out to him as they run to his aid, leaving the road open.

But before his men could reach the swordsman, Benihime clutches her right hand, causing the blood on the man's arm to soak into his skin in a blink of an eye. This would cause the arm to swell up 2 to 3 times its normal size before exploding into bits and pieces if not stopped.

The man cried out in pain as his arm suddenly swells up and explodes. The shocking screen left his lackeys frozen in fear. Moments later, the swordsman drops to the ground unconscious, slowly dying from the blood lost.

Q walks towards Benihime carefully, avoid stepping on her blood at all cost. "That's enough, Benihime." he said as he watches the swordsman's lackeys retreats from the screen, leaving their leader to his death.

After hearing the Benikage's voice, the grin on Benihime's face fades away. All the blood  on the screen quietly flows back to her, leaving no trace of the blood battle. She then carefully removes the blade from her leg without as much as a drop of blood on it and presents it to the Benikage.

"Thank you, Benihime." Q said as he takes off his gloves and grabs the Katana with his right hand, sealing it away. He then bites his thumb to draw some blood before performing a string of hand seals. "Summoning Technique!" Q whispers as he place his palms on the ground, summoning a huge mushi takes the form of a scaleless snake with no eyes or fangs. It has but a large opening at the front of its head which acts like a mouth. The creature approaches the dying man silently and then swallows him whole, from head to feet in a matter of seconds and disappears.

"Let's go." Q said after helping Benihime to her feet. He then continues on his way with a new blade added to his collection.
