Well, there's always Yuumei's mass-chakra-absorbing-barrier, although it lacks auto-seal-givng capabilities, so if used it'd disadvantage everybody but him. 

Of course, most if not all of these barriers are catalyzed by -something-. Find out what they are, locate them, destroy them, no barriers!

Kumo has some barrier that makes natural lightning come down and strike you off the face of the earth. Also they have some kind of barrier like Konoha, that stops Hiraishin, but it is over like a large amount of the Land of Lightning.

Well the lightning part would seems way overboard but meh. In the sense that I am sure that it has some feasible backup but too much is just that, too much. xD Still, if you know of it ic there are still ways to make it through.
