The rules are outdated. You'll have to look at the discussions for them for a more updated version. Changes were made and implemented but no ever bothered to change the rule sets that were posted on the profilewikia and the forum. If Kaito has no reason other then that he doesn't want to fight Shadow then he has to fight him or be stripped. However, if he has a valid reason such as being busy then Xia can pick someone else to defend it.

Well I don't see the big deal in dragging me into this now, after reading everything. If there is a conflict about the bijuu, please notify me on SL as that is a more reliable source of contact at the time. My schedule may conflict with this at some time, but I will do my best to answer.

Does the Gobi use Steam? Google links keep referring me to others saying the Gobi has one of the 5 elements for each of its tails...but Han was seen using Steam through the armour so I don't know what the Gobi does...

Officially no one knows the Gobi's jutsu. The part about a different element for each tail was what us Naruto fans thought before the Gobi was actually shown.

Han is the one who uses Steam, not the Gobi.
