Actually, it's level 13 if you were to ask me; the level 14 sitters are forced to level up to 15 at some point. The 15 ones are the dangerous ones. :P


*btw, you can't PvP someone two levels lower than you, if you hadn't already noticed that.

Yea I noticed you can only hit one level lower.
