This is kinda like clan coffers but also isn't.
I searched the clan coffers ideas.
The purpose of this one would be to pay clan members with gold for missions that they complete.

Only two people would be only to access it and that's the 30 title and the founder and they will be able to transfer the gold to the members.
In my opinion it'll make the rp lots more active for genin and academy students and whomever else wants to do it.
Because they need gold, everybody knows that I think.
Also doing missions for literally nothing isn't worth while for some people.(Not saying I'm one)

So yeah just an idea to get more rp.

It's unneeded to have to go around snooping and make sure IP addresses don't match, etc. between accounts (which can easily be masked or changed by anyone with basic computer/networking knowledge).

Yeah, just look at the PvP. All the accounts have to do is log on at the same time through a variety of methods, and there you have it.
