Well if you want to be logical about it, Madara only has all these hacks because of him not only having the Rinnegan, but also the Juubi with all the Biju's chakra (sans Yin Kurama). And we all know how much hacks Obito got from just having one Rinnegan and a somewhat incomplete Juubi. So if you guys want to go ahead and make five Limbo clones and about twenty Chibaku Tenseis, you can try but you'll eventually get called out by the next poster for dying due to chakra exhaustion.

Not so sure about "any". After all, chakra costs aside, it was mentioned that with two Rinnegan Madara would become even more powerful. And we know that most folks on SL who have the Rinnegan matured it themselves, and have both.
