I was confused for moment but anyway the way I actually used Uchihagaeshi is I had to use the exact amount of chakras to reflect (nullify the effects of an incoming attack) then deflect (send the technique back on along it's original course) it back at them with the opposite amount of force they tried to attack me with.

It wasn't a Rasengan though but actually a Super Mini-Tailed Beast Ball. >>
I just don't know if anyone will agree on the chakra cost per each reflect and deflections; minus cool-down times, of course.

As for everything else, I can really agree that perhaps some collaboration amongst users will improve some activity on the site.

While I do agree that a lot of stuff needs to be ignored, I can't say for certain yet that EVERYTHING should be voided.  Perhaps there's still a chance a new jutsu that isn't OP might pop up from someone else.  I'm not fond of blanket voids, as this opens the door for potential crazyness.  But I do agree the jutsu in general so far have been void-worthy xD

It really has. People now carry a limit of 2 bijuu's worth and then the people with actual bijuu carry 10 bijuus worth. Haha, seriously though. We need restrictions on a lot of things. Its just that you cannot measure chakra. Not like you can a cool down period.

I think it is more useful when nerfing things to say how many posts it takes to set up, how many posts it will last, and how many posts the cool down is rather than try to say it costs chakra.

As to chakra cost you might mention that no 'X' level jutsu can be used for 'Y' number of rounds, to indicate how large a force of chakra was expelled.

I don't really think that effectively ranges how much chakra is being used at all...unless I'm too tired to get it....

Rasengan is condensed chakra and can be used in 1 round...that doesn't say how much chakra is being used...

As opposed to you have 4000 chakra points left.....

Rasenshuriken takes 1500 points.....you have 2500 left

Using Sage mode restores and boosts your chakra to 9000 points

Using two rasenshurikens uses 3000 you have 6000 left

and so on. Seems easier in my opinion.

I immediately regret offering to do this, but here it is. I am going to list them under the groups of "Needs no Attention" if the jutsu is fine "Questionable" if we might want to change it "Nope" if it's just completely voidable and "N/A" if it cannot be used on SL anyway (Usually in the case of Shinju/Sot6P Powers).

What I did was I went from chapter page to chapter page and listed anything that was made a page of it's own. So things like Madara's Multi-Chibaku Tensei are not listed as it is just a variation of Chibaku Tensei.

There are of course my OPINIONS, so it can certainly be brought up that something I think is fine should be voided. This is just a lot to digest and I thought I'd be nice and set us up all nice and pretty to start discussing it.

A normal person using this would die as a result of it. Edo's can't transfer chakra anyways, so I don't see the issue with it, unless a jashinist character tries to abuse it hard and claim not to die from it (which is entirely possible I guess).
