After around one hour of time passing, Ichirou decided to reveal himself once again, as he would reveal himself he would not be atop the building, but soon after revealing himself he would travel up to the top of tower once again. He would assume that his opponent would sense his return to a visible state, but if not Ichirou would have to find some way to bring them out..

And so, Ichirou once again revealed himself. However, while this normally would have been a very opportune time to follow through with the plan, Rita decided otherwise. After all, their opponent could simply disappear once again after they played their talon. She would not be too anxious, for she had already waited an hour. Five more would be no problem for her.

She of course kept alert; for there was a good chance that their quarry would prove far less patient.

Time skip a few hours:

Approximate time: 18:00
Weather: Clear
Faintly visible moon: crescent

The sun was beginning to settle in the West, casting all shadows Eastward. Many of them stretched far, but the reflection from the windows of the tower made it seem less spectacular from a Nara perspective. Nonetheless, shadows were all considerably longer now than they had been at noon, and it was at this time that Rita reasoned it best to recall and restart the fight. There was roughly thirty minutes of time before complete sunset, when the world would be bathed in blue and purple hues before succumbing to the darkness of the coming night.

Rita would position her head at an angle in which she could breathe over the walls without completely exposing herself; she surely had learned from the close-call Kamui from earlier, and she had been camouflaged then. She was not camoud up now, so she took no unecessary risks in exposing any vital parts of her body to the tower directly.

Instead, she would rely on the nature of the upcoming attack and sensory to make and hit her target area. By inhaling, building up Futon, and then exhaling a large amount of Futon chakra and wind, she would send a great blast of wind up and over the wall.

However, rather than a ball of air intended to strike at her foe, Rita, continuously expelling the wind (stopping only to take in more air into her gullet) and forming it into a powerful gust. The Futon would pick up any stray particles that it could from the battlefield, particularly wood, pollen, and other manners of things into a giant spinning tornado of sorts.

Fūton: Kamikaze; Wind Release: Divine Wind

If undisturbed, this large vortex would create a massive wind/dust storm, with the intent of it slowly, but surely, rolling towards the tower. Because the sun was to the West, and the storm would be conjured up in the Western portion of the map, then the shadow it cast would be entirely towards the East; once it got up to size, it would be capable of not just covering the tower in its shadow, but also greatly extending outwards.

Even without it going to full size, the manifestation, plus the fact that by now the shadows had drawn out considerably, would signal to Eric that the time for a return had come. Quite refreshed, the man recalled his two main marker locations; at the base of the tower the two cursed chakra knives on the first floor, and on the East side of the town just outside of the city walls, his marked Blade of Shadows. As Rita had not explicitly given the previously agreed upon signal yet (for the dust storm would not form to a great enough capacity in this turn alone) Eric decided against going to the tower location.

At least for now. The man would shadow migrate behind the East walls, almost completely opposite that of Rita, to his Blade of Shadows. While he assessed, listening and using his sensory connection to the chakra blades at the base of the tower, the man would pick up his Blade of Shadows and weild it in his right hand, prepared for action.

As the time passed, Ichirou's cigarette would eventually burn up and he would think of a plan of action, he would sit, in almost a meditative stance, his hands clasped together, for the remainder of the passing time, it was not until his chakra recognition kicked in once again, feeling the re-appearing of Eric's Kuchiyose, as well as the return of Eric.. they must have come up with an attack plan.

As the large gust of wind began to make it's way for Ichirou, a Mokuton clone would climb out of Ichirou's back, also bearing his rinnegan it would stand behind him, facing Eric's general direction, as Ichirou remained facing Rita's. If anything were to get too close, Ichirou's Mokuton clone would activate the Fūjutsu Kyūin in an orb encumbering both Ichirou and his clone, to absorb any incoming chakra, and block any form of Ninjutsu based attack.. Ichirou would wait a little longer, to see what else his opponent had in store, still in a seated position. His hands clasped together as if he were praying

Rita would continue spouting the wind, the dust storm building and collecting into a massive dark cloud, enshrouding most of the West side of the battlefield in darkness.

Sheathing his sword, Eric would withdraw from his weapons pouch two otherwise non-descript kunai. What made them different was the payload attached to the end of it: one bore an explosive tag; another bore a special poison tag, the effect of which would be later described. Placing the explosive onto the ground on his left and the poison to the right, he would then perform a set of handisgns. Instantly the two kunai would receive a large multitude of duplicates, 200 hundred of each to be exact. They would be lined up all across the shadow of the wall.

Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu; Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu

With 400 tools total duplicated, a Eric's chakra level would drop to where a skilled sensor would notice, and a not so skilled sensor would lose the ability to continue sensing him. Eric would merge all of these tools into his shadow at once. As the shadow over the West side continued to grow as the sandstorm advanced, bits of pollen and debris would likely begin to reach Ichirou's position. Of course, to get as high as he was now most of these would be relatively small, but in the case of the debris, they would not be absorbed into the chakra sucker, and would threaten to get into Ichirou's eyes if he had no sort of covering for them.

The chakra blades still on the first floor were still in play, and it would be at this point that the shadow cast by the sandstorm would reach them, linking both tools to the massive shadow that blanketed much of the West side of the battlefield. It would only be a matter of time before the storm actually reached the tower that his opponent had camped for so hard and for so long atop.

Ichirou had actually been thinking for most of the time he had been kneading his chakra in this meditative stance, deciding once and for all just was he was going to do in this situation. His clone would be absorbed back into his body, restoring the chakra he had placed into it. As the bits of debris began to make there way out to Ichirou, he would extend his arms out to either side of him

Shinra Tensei - Almighty Push

Utilizing the same technique from earlier, Ichirou would emit a large repulsive force, however this time it would be on a much larger scale than before. So much larger in fact that it would destroy the entire zone, a Grand Shinra Tensei,  the technique would crush and shatter any buildings within the zone, including the building Ichirou stood upon, and would easily reach out to Rita and Eric's respective locations. This technique would take 10 turns for cooldown, but would be worth it in the end, this technique would easily disperse Rita's large cloud of dust, as well as any other incoming attacks

Rita would stop outputting Futon by this point, satisfied with the growth of the storm. However, she could senses the great build-up and release of chakra that would accompany the mass shinrai tensei. While she could defend herself from the attack, she had expended a decent amount of chakra already.

She would poof, and return to her residence for the time being.

No, what was needed was a slight change in action. Due to the orientation of the sun, the storm, and of course his foe's position, then while the Shinrai would successfully be able to divert thingss in its path, it still overlooked the actual tool of which Eric intended on using.

It was not the storm itself that was Eric's attack. It was the shadow. And from that shadow, from the shadow of the massive storm, came the hundreds of kunai and shuriken. They were not released until the moment the attack began to reach them. This timing could be done in part because as the debris of the tower would be diverted from its structure and outwards (from top to bottom), it would stretch out a shadow, eventually, at just the right moment, leading up to the entrenched knives that Eric had remote manipulation of.

So, it would be in this moment that the hundreds of kunai would leave the shadow, directed and controlled by Eric's chakra. They were then maneuvered, in this short window, to detonate in a manner that would allow the explosions, both poison and explosion, to completely surround Ichirou. Since this was within the gravity space of the Shinrai tensei, it would not be blown away, and since Ichirou was both in the air and likely having to briefly recover from his usage of such a powerful technique, it would be incredibly difficult for him to completely dodge the attack.

The poison cloud, Mushū no Dokugiri; Odourless Poison Mist would be odorless , but it would be seeable as a purple cloud. Of course, in the mix of regular smoke and the such, it would be difficult to pick apart in the thick of it. Upon inhalation, the mist would dramatically reduce the reaction time of those who inhale it; if Ichirou were to take the full dose and stay within this foul cloud for 2 turn, it would outright kill him, though being in it for just one turn would merely hamper his reaction time to the point in which it would take much longer for each of his senses to register the world around them. This was courtesy to the Greenhouse Keeper of Sunagakure during Eric's rather brief tutelage in poison.

Of course, though he had unleashed his attack, Eric was still at the walls; and he still needed to worry about being completely blown away. Due to the time spent coordinating his attack in the midst of the gravity, all Eric would have time to do would be to utilize his tailed beast for the first time ever, bringing upon him a cloak of red chakra. While it would not perfectly shield him from the attack, it would keep the initial impact, and the subsequent physics, from outright killing him, knocking him unconscious, or otherwise impaling him with debris.

As the many ninja tools were short forth from the shadows, Ichirou had shifted his Mangekyo back into his eyes, it seems that there would be no way for this fight to continue without expending excessive chakra, however after this Shinra tensei would finish, the entirety of the zone would be flat...this would no doubt shift the progression of the battle, but in what direction Ichirou did not know. The activation of his opponents Biju cloak would give away his position rather distinctively. Though Ichirou was not familiar with this particular Biju's chakra, he had experience with Biju chakra before and would be aware whenever his opponent activated it as a counter to Ichirou's shinra tensei, at least he assumed so.

As the tools would begin to move in, Ichirou would unleash his Kaimon as he utilized his Kamui technique once again, utilizing it in a different manner than the previous two times, this time he would teleport with his Kamui, he would disappear into the void as the tools closed in on him, and would reemerge roughly 10 feet in front of his opponent,  as he stepped from the void a large blue ball of chakra would materialize in the palm of his hand

Ōdama Rasengan - Big ball spiraling sphere

Assuming that Eric had taken some form of recoil from the initial hit of the Shinra Tensei, Ichirou would charge at his opponent now with this rasengan, in an attempt to -at the least- disorientate his opponent with physical damage, if not send him into a state of unconsciousness. Ichirou hoped that the speed granted by releasing the Kaimon he would allow him to cover the distance in time to hit Eric before he could completely recover, as well as add to the blunt force of impact. The devastating strength of this attack should have been enough to shake him up a little, as Ichirou was aware of the defensive capabilities of a Biju chakra cloak, as Ichirou would move to hit, his eyes would scan his opponent as well as the area around them, to make sure his reaction time was spot on in case things shifted in a bad direction from here..

As the rubble, dust, and other manner of things would fly all about, Eric would find himself blown back with considerable force. His biju cloak advancing to V2 with three tails, he would avoid serious injury even as the walls in front of him crumbled.

It would be in this moment that Eric noticed a strong chakra re-enter this surrounding vicinity. While his skills as a sensor were nothing to gawk at, the unlocking of the first gate, combined with the formation of a particularly large rasenagan, would be rather hard to miss. Eric's surprise at this opponent's ability to dodge his attack would result in a very closely-timed reaction, instead of merely shadow migrating out of danger. Since there was still much unsettled from the Deva path attack at this time, there would be more than enough general debris both in the air and on the ground for Eric to take advantage of the shadow that would still be projected, thanks to the fact that they were on the East side of the battlefield (albeit, once things settle that won't really matter).

Right before impact, he would attempt two things:

One to connect to and curse the shadow of the debris and, by extension, the shadow of his opponent. If he was successful, he would be able to manipulate his opponent's shadow from a distance later on, and use his shadow as his own. It would also help him track him, even in the upcoming thrust that the rasengan would no doubt send him in. Additionally, if any shadows were to be generated from this cursed shadow, the subsequent shadows would also be cursed (creation of a mokuton clone, the clone's shadow would still be cursed, for example).

Kagemane no noroi; Shadow Manipulation Curse

This portion would require no direct physical movement from himself to occur, and would only be evidenced by the chakra used to perform this.

The second would be to slightly shift his left shoulder and arm forward, as to try to prevent his opponent from drilling the rasengan into his chest. Granted, the biju cloak would keep him from being killed either way, but as Ichirou had earlier noted, the sheer forward momentum, combined with the nature of the rasengan itself, would still cause a significant amount of physical damage. Preferring a broken arm and a broken ribcage over unconsciousness or even death, Eric made this move in an effort of self-defense, for even if he were to curse his opponent's shadow successfully, he could not take full advantage of it if he were unconscious or dead.

Presuming all went as planned, Eric would be sent reeling backwards, bursting through whatever remnants of the wall remained, going through rubble and dust, tumbling and rolling for several meters. If unstopped that is, he would likely come to rest more than thirty meters from his original position onto his back, cloak still surrounding him.

Just before point of impact, Ichirou would disperse his Rasengan, in an attempt to place a hand upon his opponent, which -considering the situation- would most likely work, but only time could tell. While Ichirou had seen the chakra expulsion as his opponent used his shadow jutsu, Ichirou would be both uaware of the type of jutsu and would most likely get his shadow cursed, unless his opponent would change plans, Ichirou would hope that the end situation would be with him grasping the Wrist of the V2 cloaked opponent,

Once again, a very small window, for the second that the rasengan was dispersd, Eric was aware of it. Having already cursed his foe's shadow, he would be aware of any changes in lighting that occurred around them, particularly since the rasengan itself had been a relatively large light source (after all, the improved rasengan with extra chakra used would be larger than the standard rasengan).

Before, he had to use his own shadow, or the shadows around him, explicitly for migrating. However, with the split second's worth of time granted, Eric would utilize the mutual control of shadows.

However, his choices for migration were somewhat meager due to the circumstances, so as the shadow of Ichirou's hand came into contact with Eric, it would become a gateway to another world. Anticiapating that his quarry would reach to his hand going into the gate of shadows with a very rapid movement, Eric would attempt to shadow migrate Ichirou into the alternate dimension.

Kage Idō; Shadow Migration

Additionally, while he did this, he himself would also be apt to join him, so it would appear as if both individuals were being sucked into their respective shadows. Because Ichirou's shadow is attached to him, it would be incredibly difficult to keep from also migrating.

Whether Ichiriou himself was caught or not, Eric would take this opportunity to continue to the Nara pocket dimension, where, particularly if Ichirou decided not to take the trip somehow, he would be temporarily safe from immediate counter-attack.

If Ichirou come along for the ride, then he would find himself in a world of darkness; one where visibility is poor if not non-existent, and where it felt as if a shadow gracefully caressed every part of his body with the touch of a massage therapist. No doubt this darkness would disorient him, especially since the flooring was not just made of shadows, but very difficult to discern from a bottomless drop of the same coloration.

Ichiriou and Eric would enter at the same point, but be moving in different directions; since Eric's thrust forward was hardly enough to move him far, he would merely go forward a little bit, while Ichiriou would likely continue moving at a very rapid pace. Chakra sensory here would be difficult as well, as the chakra signatures of Eric, Jestar, and Alucard would be ever present, the first two being closely related enough to cause a small bit of confusion upon first inspection.

As the Shadow Migrating technique would initiate, Ichirou would be able to see the flux in chakra and realize what was happening, he would once again utilize his Kamui teleportation to escape getting caught within the shadow pocket dimension, he would reappear roughly 60 feet from where Eric had jumped into his shadow void. As he would reappear two Mokuton clones would step out of his back, and each would weave a set of hand seals as Ichirou would release the Kyūmon, which would rejuvenate his body.

Ukojizai no Jutsu - Rain Tiger at will Technique

Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu - Great Fireball Technique

The clones would initiate their jutsu, forming rain clouds in the sky with Ichirou's chakra as well as induce a rain upon the now empty zone that would allow Ichirou to sense his opponent as well as anything else with chakra that entered the rain. At the same time his second clone would shoot fire balls into the now stormy sky, causing Natural lightning to begin forming in the storm clouds above, which Ichirou would begin charging and molding with his chakra as he waited to see if his opponent would react

Home sweet home. Sort of.

Safely, for now, in the clan pocket dimension, Eric would release the tailed beast cloak, frowning all the while. Back there would have been a good time to use one of Kokuo's specialties, whatever his speciality was. He would make a mental note that for his next battle, he would need to make sure he had more of a grasp on his tailed beast's unique powers.

But this battle had yet to end. And up to this point, Ichirou had dodged and evaded practically everything that he did. But how did he manage to avoid his explosive attack? He could have sworn that he had timed it so that he would not have time to simply fly away, and with enough strength so that he could not just tank it.

Kamui was the only logical explanation at this point. As long as his opponent has Kamui, it would be practically impossible to land a direct physical attack on him. Seeing as he also had the rinnegan, it would be even moreso impossible to hit him with standard ninjutsu.

Staying atop that tower the whole time had granted his opponent the distinct advantage of having a vantage point over the entire town; Eric could hardly move freely as a result. Of course, Ichirou had also not ever pressed his advantage as much as some would have. His wood release pollen technique would have been quite the devastation had he expended the chakra to pursue Eric with it. On the other hand, his reaction would have been to use shadow imitation.

It seemed that his enemy had been mildly prepared for his line-up, while Eric himself had mostly been trying to wait for an opportunity to use his shadow imitation. Because of the height of the tower and the distance of the town, his opponent had long been out of range. But no longer.

Eric smirked. He had managed to curse his opponent's shadow, so at the least he didn't have to worry about the issue with distance anymore. However, he needed to plot his next move very carefully in order to take advantage of this. Thus, he would not rush immediately into attacking Ichirou, allowing himself a chance to  settle from the earlier fast-actions and properly plot a course of action. He had to take his opponent out in one move, leaving no room for error and no room for Kamui, first and foremost. The rinnegan would have to also be accounted for.

Of course, Eric could sense the creation of two more shadows, the shadows of the clones inheriting the curse as they sprouted from the original. In one hand, it was likely Ichirou attempting to cover his bases in case of a sneak attack.

On the other, shadows shifted akin to a light source being created and moving away. He had already seen his opponent utilize Mokuton, and in an offhanded way, firestyle. While he might would have guessed firestyle, he had to bear in mind that unless the scorpion just sprouted from his opponent's back, it was highly unlikely that it was back in play so soon.

Well of course, his opponent had the Rinnegan; it would allow him to master all five of the basic chakra natures, so him having fire style in addition to Mokuton was not much of a stretch. This would be reinforced by the idea that his opponent was likely an Uchiha at the least, rather than someone who implanted eyes without being of the clan, especially considering the mass shinrai tensei that he performed earlier in the fight.

Thunder began to rumble in the sky above him, as he charged his jutsu. His opponent hadn't revealed himself yet. Which gave him the time to charge this technique. It was safe to assume that he was formulating a plan, just as Ichirou had done. He could see his opponents chakra in his shadow, as well as his clones now that he had been given time to examine it. This caused his heart rate to increase. He could only assume this chakra tagged to his shadow was an effect of his opponents jutsu. Ichirou didn't know what else to do, other than prepare.

One of his shadow clones would step over to the other, and absorb it into itself. Gaining the remaining chakra from the clone to allow the clone to take over the forming of this jutsu, giving Ichirou the opportunity to further prepare himself for his opponents return, the jutsu would be good to release soon, which was good. As his clone would begin molding the lightning in the sky, Ichirou's skin would turn a dark red. He had released his Seimon. Increasing his speed, strength, and reaction time even further as he prepared for the arrival of his opponent. resuming the process of molding his   jutsu as he finished unleashing the Seimon. His clone would simply stand at his back, facing the other direction. Both their pairs of sharingan would scan through the area quickly, looking for the slightest sign of the return of their opponent, as well as waiting to recognize his chakra as well. At this point flashes of lightning would be occuring in the sky, granting temporary but consistent light sourcing.
