 Depends on where you find your target. You have to post the zones and villages where the target was killed. Or where you got the Item

 Description:
 Shairngan eyes, Kaguya bones, now it is tome for some cells. A sample of skin ,flesh or blood of a Mokuton user, would be excellent. Giving this to Silver would enable him to continue his weird, yet important experiments. Of course he will give you a reward again. Do you like some cake?

 Objectives:
 Kill a Person who has the Mokutson  (not NPC) within a village or a Zone and get the cell sampels. Or receive them otherwise, it has to be played out in a 'public place' (no clan halls or dwelling). Afterwards contact Silver and bring him the cells without anyone noticing you.

 Obstacles or Foes:
 The only obstacle is to find your target and to get the cells.
