Description:
There have been odd hooded men venturing into the various villages. They usually come accompanying farmers and traders.

Objectives:
Follow and observe the actions of these men and report to the traveling information merchant.

Obstacles or Foes:
Finding hooded shinobi and then finding information dealer. Both will be at each village at least once a day
