I think the best (and hopefully easiest to implement) would be the function to basically scry in another clan hall so you can just post in it upon invitation. The invitation system would definitely need to be done so abuse can't take place and so people can't go into clan halls that they weren't invited to. Would it be possible to use the current clan invitation system as a kind of base as far as coding goes?

Isn't there a secret convoy room in the gypsy tent for clan leaders? Why not just make that accessible to all and that be used as a public rping spot for clans? It's not like it's really being used now.

No, the invitation system is completely different.
You apply and get accepted, it's also in a different part of the code where I cannot expand the functionality that easily.

Easiest to do would not be an invitation system, but an inquiry system.
Like, you search for a clan, "apply" to view, and get accepted.

But even that, lots of work.
I can't size the potential gain against this though.

Hmm. Seems like it would be difficult if they're different systems then :( Hopefully there would be some way for this to actually be done so members can actually 'scry' other clans to allow for cross-clan collaborations.
