Two proposals: Mail Filtering & Tagging

Alright, I have two proposals. So if you want to shoot down my ideas in one thread, this is your chance. :P

First proposal:
Since I abuse the 'mass mail' function in my clan, of buddy of mine was complaining that he got a crap ton of mails after logging in after a break period (I send two mails within 15 days, sometimes 1 more than usual if something comes up). I wanna know if there is a way to filter mass mails from normal mails, or if there was a way allow individuals from clans to opt out from mass mails.

Second Proposal:
This one is more ambitious, but I think it would be cool but it might be alot to code. A tagging system. If some person was RPing on some other board, a board I probably won't frequent alot, they could tag my name in the RP like '@Genesis'. Think facebook. Once tagged, I would get a mail, saying I was tagged at 'so and so'.
