Special Conditions

-The match is IC unless otherwise agreed upon.

-The match will be what I refer to as "staggered IC". That meaning we can rp whilst the match happens, but the end result of the match will still occur IC. Once a victor is decided the Jinchuriki and Challenger then finish whatever rp they are in and immediately post going to begin the fight, so that is when it happens chronologically. If you manage to get yourself killed before the fight happens it will be voided, but I'm not forcing you to rp elsewhere during the fight.

-Once a judge is agreed upon, either before the fight starts or the first time a decision is needed, they are the judge for the rest of the fight.

-The Challenger and Jinchuriki each have a one time ability to boot a judge. If the agreed upon judge makes a decision just so despicable that you need to get a new one you can say that after this decision you are requesting a new judge. Each participant can do this ONCE, and NOT while a decision is being made. Once a new judge is picked they are the set judge for the rest of the fight, or until the remaining boot is used on them.

-You cannot borrow techniques from your friends like Dust Release or Hirashin. You can only use what abilities and tools you have In-Character during the fight, even if it's OOC.

-If you take 14 days to post, the fight will be called off and you will be declared the loser. If the fight was OOC that means you just lose. If it was IC that means the opposition gets to legally auto-hit you, likely meaning you die or are sealed. Note that the timer does not reset if you posted once and then have to repost. I.e. You waited a week to post, but your post was all godmodding and autohitting, and then waited 8 days to repost, then you still lose.

Special Notes:

Rusaku's Tenseigan chakra mode has been nerfed so the physical buffs and bonus to jutsu and such it gives are equal to Perfect Sage Mode. In exchange he can use Truth Seeking Balls and the unnerfed version of Golden Wheel Reincarnation Explosion and all those techniques.

Bocchiere is allowed to claim his Rikudou Chakra. Having gained Six Paths Chakra gives him a passive and constant buff to his abilities equal in power to a V1 Bijuu Mode. He can use the Six Path Chakra to combine techniques, like Kamui Lightning Blade, but such techniques take 2 actions. 1 to form the technique and 1 to imbue the second into it. Original techniques and techniques combining jutsu with techniques other than Kamui are allowed but will be reviewed for fairness on a case by case basis.

[Rusaku]

It was a dark night here in the sleepy hollow, trees creaking as they swayed back and forth from harsh winds. The distant cries from a committee of vultures as they circled a decaying corpse would pierce the air, reminding the world that no matter how serene a scene may be, violence will always be just around the corner.

Walking in the pale light of the full moon, Rusaku casually unbuttoned the cloak that hung around his shoulders to reveal what he wore underneath. Garbed in his custom battle attire, the Sannin of Konohagakure spared of moment to take inventory of his gear. On his lower back two unique marked trench knives were holstered for easy access, the various pouches on his waist and legs contained the traditional tools for a shinobi to use, while also accommodating his particular organic components he so often liked to utilize, all of which were also marked. His mask and tinted goggles were properly fixed so to not hinder his vision to any degree, yet still serving their purpose of hiding his active one of a kind doujutsu and identity if need be. Of course that would be of no consequence here.

Looking up to the moon Rusaku lightly touched his goggles just where his eye was. This time he would show them the true power of the Otsutsuki clan.

[Bocchiere]

The temperature of the area would begin to noticeably and quickly rise for a minute before a pillar of white flames burst forth from the ground roughly 30 feet from Rusaku's position. The twisting pyroclasm would rise a hundred feet into the air before it died out leaving not a trace of the flames but a charred crater with Bocchiere standing in the middle.

The Jashinist was clad in his normal attire, simple maroon pants and long tabi boots, his Akatsuki ring and Amulet of Jashin, and his Triple-Bladed Scythe on his back with the ornate blade, Kaiju, on his hip. The man of course had his three tomoe Sharingan active and his arms were covered with veritable sleeves of fuinjutsu.

Bocchiere would draw the blade on his hip and Rusaku, with his Doujutsu, would note that the blade would have a chakra of its own, despite looking like a blade upon all investigation. It would mentally intone to Bocchiere in a deep gravelly voice, "Give me his blood, bathe me in his blood..." The Jashinist would crack his neck from side to side, "Trust me, you don't need to remind me." he'd reply back to the blade, mentally, while laying bare the full force of his Killing Intent at Rusaku.

Feeling effected by a jolting sensation the Otsutsuki would suddenly see a great black wave behind Bocchiere, a tsunami of black sludge that stretched as high and as wide as the man's eyes could perceive. As it crashed down upon the two men, the viscous mess engulfing their forms, Rusaku would see the bloated corpses of the people he knew floating within the slime and beyond them the festering bodies of everyone else who lived. With another jolt the image would be gone, Bocchiere still staring down Rusaku as no time at all had truly passed. He would of course not be physically affected by this in anyway, but the brain could be mentally affected to do some marvelous things to the body quite against its will. Obviously a layman would likely be rendered a gibbering mess by such a display, though Bocchiere suspected he would not be quite so lucky as to defeat Rusaku that easily. Regardless of what, if any, effect it would have on the Sannin it would at the very least make it plain to see just what he was dealing with in Bocchiere.

[Rusaku]

Rusaku’s eyes would widen as he was overwhelmed by the sludge like substance; a wave of panic almost washing over his usually calm demeanor. Looking to the bodies his heart would skip as he noticed his surrogate parents Fugaku and Shima, his friends from the leaf, and various faces from his beloved clan floating about. Their festering bodies sending chills down his spine.

Then the illusion faded, and the two men would be standing in their original positions. Such as Bocchiere had surmised, Rusaku was able to retain his sanity in the face of overwhelming evil. Instead the opposite effect would take place.

Reaching up Rusaku  uncliped the last button of his cloak, allowing it to float away in the wind. Slight hints of chakra could be noticed woven into it’s fabric. “So...that’s how it’s going to be?” he muttered to himself. “Then I guess I have no other choice but to end him, without hesitation.” The nightmarish illusion would have only strengthened the resolve of the Otsutsuki, for Bocc showed him a world that could become a reality if he were not stopped here and now.

With a determined mind, Rusaku quickly came up with a tactic based off the opponent's mannerisms thus far. Considering his entrance, one could hypothesize that his preferred element would be Katon. This was a detail Rusaku could work with.

With his right hand, Rusaku formed half of the tiger seal causing a sudden shift in the zones weather. Oxygen levels would begin to decrease exponentially, reverting to a third of the usual amount at sea level while the temperatures would drop just as quickly. If left unchecked, within seconds (Rusaku’s next round) the temperatures of the area would decline to an uncomfortable 0 degrees fahrenheit. It has yet to be determined if they would need to drop lower, but considering Bocc’s attire, one could assume Zero would do enough damage. Then when you count the previously stated winds, now becoming cooled by the dropping temperature, would soon create a windchill of -19 degrees. These conditions would make it so exposed skin would become frostbitten after 30 minutes. Despite the lengthy time one must wait for the skin to freeze, the temperatures would still make for hindered flexibility, numbed nerves, and a number of other side effects. Luckily Rusaku would be safe from these effects due to his specially crafted gear made just for conditions like this.

Now assuming all had gone according to plan, Oxygen would be in an incredibly short supply. Just because Bocc was essentially immortal, did not mean he was safe from all of the human body's weaknesses. Without proper time for his body to acclimate to the new conditions, he would be hard pressed to maintain the necessary oxygen intake to remain conscious for very long. Not only that, but he would soon become wracked with nausea and immense headaches if left unchecked.

Alas this shift in weather would only be Rusaku’s first action, thus he would continue. With his weather shift coming into effect, the Sannin would manipulate another facet of his Tenki sosa via a snap of the fingers on his free hand. Suddenly a vortex of baseball sized bubbles would move to engulf Bocc seemingly from thin air, each bubble exploding with enough concussive force to knock a full grown man onto his back while also drenching him in water. This drenching would serve several purposes. The first to either goad the man into using Katon to evaporate it, or should he take the attack to drench his body so that the cooled temperatures would affect him on an even greater scale. Hopefully the concussive nature of the attack would also limit his ability to form hand seals properly.   

Finally, Rusaku would cause his hand to become engulfed the by his Tenseigan chakra cloak, condensing it into an orb that was about the size of a basketball. Rearing back, he would launch the orb in Bocc’s direction at 90MPH. It’s effects would be unknown to him at this time. 

[Bocchiere]

Bocchiere does have to agree with the general assessment that his immortality does not make him immune to all of the body’s weaknesses. He could still be paralyzed by electric attacks for instance. He is going to have to point out that attempting to deprive him of oxygen may not be a fruitful endeavor though. Lack of oxygen is one thing that Jashinists have been explicitly shown to not be affected by.



Both times that Hidan is decapitated he speaks with no issue, and he's not even connected to his lungs at the time. If lack of oxygen could effect a Jashinist than they could presumably be suffocated to death, but Kakuzu implies that as of the 4th Shinobi World War Hidan is still quite alive, completely buried in his hole.

He’d feel the chill in the air and as the vortex of bubbles surrounded him Bocchiere would be instantly enveloped by a red and black chakra cloak that held skin tight to his body, covered by a literal cloak of chakra not unlike his Akatsuki cloak, this was his Demon Fox Chakra Mode. No need to hold back if Rusaku was going straight to the Tenseigan.

Not only would his cloak help protect him against the cold, much in the same way it defends against the heat in lava and steam based attacks, enabling Bocchiere to take them with only minor burns, the monstrous enhancement to his physical abilities would allow him to leap up out of the forming vortex at high-speeds, avoiding both that and the chakra ball entirely and cratering the ground when he jumped off it.

Whilst still in mid-air he would make a single Shadow Clone, also in Demon Fox Chakra Mode, who would ascend his eyes into their Rinnegan state, while the original moved up to Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.

Grabbing his clone’s arm while in the air Bocchiere would rear back and throw the clone toward Rusaku. The clone would extend his right leg in the motion of a kick, but would instead use it’s chakra cloak to form a full-size Kyuubi paw, and aim to stomp down on Rusaku and crush him.
Bocchiere would of course still be falling but would have a moment before he came back to the ground.

[Rusaku]

Rusaku eyed Bocc as he rose into the air now donned in his new cloak. Despite the obvious disadvantage he now had, at least some of Rusaku’s plan had gone accordingly. As the clone was formed, Rusaku formed a small set of hand seals become exploding into an aura of blue energy just as the Kurama paw come into being. Then in a flash of that very same light, the Sannin was gone, now relocated 15 feet from the crash site of Kurama’s attack through immense speeds alone. Immediately Bocc would notice the transformation that Rusaku had undergone, though relatively underwhelming compared to the one he himself had gone through.



Now garbed in his “incomplete” Tenseigan chakra mode (The agreed upon nerf) Rusaku jumped into action. Extending his arm out, a ring of Gudōdama appeared, each enveloped by the same energy that coated the Sannin’s body. Rapidly the orbs began to spin before launching forth a cataclysmic burst of wind, immediately expanding into the size of an F5 tornado capable of ripping massive chunks of earth as it passed from the excessive erosion.

Manipulating the tornado, Rusaku aimed to engulf the Jashinist and his clone before angling it downward to crash them into the earth, carving a massive tunnel 100 meters deep to bury them within. Due to the tornadoes aforementioned erosion, the two would be subject to bombardment via debris it managed to pick up (I.E various weapons described in the details of sleepy hollow, dead trees, and chunks of earth it could pick up along the way) while also pulverizing them from immense pressure.

 

While this was happening, Rusaku manipulated his other Truthseeker orbs in a very particular way, causing them to meld to his figure like a skin tight set of armor while also angling around his hands like a set of brass knuckles.

Bocchiere would assume the clone, being only 15 feet away, is being struck first, but feel free to correct him.

As the massive blast of wind neared him the clone would be engulfed in a torrent red chakra which would grow massive as the tornado overtook him. Then, bursting forth from the turbulent winds, would be the chakra construct head of the 9 Tails. The clone had formed the full 9 Tails body to protect itself, and now hovered inside its head. While the Silver Wheel is powerful, the gust being on par with a Planetary Rasengan's blast, it is nothing Kurama could not handle. It is also questionable how much debris the winds could possibly pick up in the 15 feet between it's starting point and the Bunshin.

Regardless, as the head of the construct burst out, tails nailed in the ground for support, it would be coalescing positive and negative chakra in front of it's mouth, forming a Tailed Beast Ball, which it would immediately fire essentially point blank at Rusaku. The blast would be fired uncondensed, in the form a massive wave of energy, 8 Tails style.



Just before the blast was fired however the clone would extend both hands and mentally intone, "Shinra Ten'in!" and grip Rusaku around the right wrist with a combination of attractive and repulsive forces, the force of gravity wrapping around his wrist at Bocchiere's will, and attempting to pull it up over his head. If his body had been unenhanced this technique alone would be capable of crushing Rusaku's arm, however for now it was just being used as an insurance policy, making sure he could not move to avoid the Tailed Beast Bomb since, Truth Seekers or not, the physical force of the blast alone would be enough to kill him if it hit. Perhaps he could overpower the technique, it would not be impossible, but Bocchiere was pretty sure doing it fast enough to avoid the blast and while one of his hands was being held, stopping him from making kata, would be.

The massive blast would essentially wipe out the entire half of the zone the clone was facing, giving Rusaku very little options in regards to dodging. The ground would be blasted away so he could not go under the attack.

The real Bocchiere would have used his Mangekyo's Kamui ability to phase through the winds, completely vanishing from this dimension for a moment as he passed through it, and, unknown to Rusaku, created a second Bunshin inside his pocket dimension, also in Demon Fox Chakra Mode with its EMS active. This clone would be left there as Bocchiere passed back out the other side of the attack and reappeared in the starting dimension.

Bocchiere would complete his fall, landing on the ground behind the 9 tails, out of the range of the blast, and would look in the direction of his clone and Rusaku, waiting to see what the result of the attack would be before taking any other action. The blast would have presumably blown away the Silver Wheel tornado and it's debris so he should not have that to worry about.

Was already in Demon Fox Chakra Mode which, like Kurama Mode, "Kurama Mode is a completed version of Nine-Tails Chakra Mode: Tailed Beast Mode without the full transformation, meaning that Naruto is able to use Tailed Beast Balls." So unclear if making the body should count as an action, if so, there is your 3 actions.

Rusaku’s hands were indeed bound by the force Bocc had subject him too, but he was anything but defenseless. As the beast began to gather the chakra necessary to form it’s attack, the Sannin would manifest two more truthseeker orbs, manipulating their shape to form around his body like a small, but impenetrable sphere. The blast then detonated, and despite it’s truly overwhelming force, was nullified upon coming into contact with the Kekkei mora. The blast would wash over him without causing any damage whatsoever leaving Rusaku unharmed within it’s confines. Perhaps if the Tailed beast ball had been composed of Natural energy it would have had some effect, but this was not the case, thus it didn’t.

During such, Rusaku focused upon the chakra of Boccheire as he reappeared outside the range of the now irrelevant Silver wheel attack. Snapping his unbound fingers despite their current position, the Sannin manipulated his overwhelming influence over the weather to create 4 bolts of purple lighting in the air around the Jashinist 2 feet away located at his 4 cardinal directions, aiming to crash into him with enough energy to obliterate even his incredibly enhanced body, while utilizing speeds so great the act of even transcending his eyes in time would be nearly improbable. Without enhancements, 1 lightning bolt was capable of performing such a feat to the layman, though bocc was anything but “ordinary”. With the tenseigan heightening his techniques speed/strength, he was able to close the gap Bocc had created by enhancing his durability, able to now easily overwhelm the cloak and destroy his body should it connect due to the number of bolts produced. 

Once that was established, Rusaku then turned his attention to the clone that had taken control over his hands. Considering they were already brought together, Rusaku formed the Snake seal above his head, and from the earth under Kurama a massive wooden Chinese Dragon burst forth. Immediately the beast attempted to snare itself around Kurama in order to bind him in place and drain him of all chakra. Luckily for Rusaku (unlucky for Bocc), this technique was not unenhanced, instead multiplied 3 times over to create a much more powerful force of nature that could easily overwhelm Kurama in his fractured state. Considering Rusaku’s abilities with Mokuton at base were on par with Senju grand masters such as Nathan or Kirk, it would be no extensive labor to overwhelm a tailed beast while enhanced to this degree. After all, that’s what Mokuton is made for.

I cannot seem to get in contact with my opponent or the judge for our fight, but I am presuming the fight is ending as Rusaku seems to be selling his accounts and leaving the game. Until I hear otherwise I will consider this fight as concluded with a forfeit from Rusaku. Since I am next in line for the 2 tails and have told Rusaku/Ryoji this I will start counting the week period to respond starting now. Again, unless I hear otherwise I will claim the 2 tails after a week of inactivity from Ryoji/Rusaku.

You have made no attempt to contact me on the forum, or on my account named Rusaku that I still very much own, and actively visit. The judge ruled in my favor numerous times yet you have refused to post. I was going to contact you on SL about this, but you seem to want to claim victory prematurely so I'll make my post here.

My post was ruled as being valid, and you have not posted in reply. It has been 16 days since my credible post was made, thus your time has expired. I will be speaking with our judge to discuss the repercussions.

I have been in contact with Tobias, our judge, since I made my post, and we were both under the impression you had quit the game. Probably on account of your saying you were going to do that. I have no way to contact you out of game which is why I said I couldn't contact you. I figured if I was wrong and you did care you'd get in contact with me after I made my previous post.

In regards to your lying to seem like some kind of victim (which much be another Uzumaki hiden), our judge made 1 official decision, which I successfully appealed because it was contrary to a basic rule of zone fighting, you post and accept your opponents previous post. The rest of what you are calling decisions is you talking to the judge while I am away, getting him to agree with you, and then needling him to call it a decision. He's clearly never been a judge before, which you are taking full advantage of, because he'd know you listen to both sides before making a decision.

Where we last stood was you arguing you'd take no damage from the force of my attack because, contrary to what we've all agreed on SL for years, the heat of a fireball, force of an explosion jutsu, etc, are in fact made of chakra and could be safely absorbed,or in your case negated. Apparently the anime episode is less detailed than the manga because Tobias looked at that, again while I was away, and declared you right. I then immediately supplied a manga page upon returning proving your idea was wrong to which I believe you said, "Well that is something the judge should consider." Which I guess is true, he probably should consider that the entire basis you just provided him for his decision is wrong.

So if in spite of everything you want to continue wasting all three of our time than sure we can continue. Since I'm next on the list for the Nibi I'd like you to make the topic for that fight as well and we can start that OOC fight.

Also out judges response to hearing the fight was back was to declare it a draw, which I was in full support of. So probably want to open your discussion to him with that. And make that two tails topic whenever you get the chance.

Yeah cool, bash me all you want if it fills that gaping hole in your life and makes you feel like a big man. I actually feel sorry for you, mate. I'm still going to move for you to be stripped and if that does not work, a draw is fine. You couldn't really win either way. You had to rely on creating issues where there were none to succeed, which is of literally no surprise. I expect a carbon copy of this fight to transpire over the two tails as well, so I am gearing up for that one. I hope you thought this one was fun.

Of course you think there's no problems with your own posts no one does. I made a 2.5 page long post literally and figuratively tearing Yujo to shreds and you called it applause-worthy. But when I do the same thing to you, use the same strategy of breaking down your post that you know I'm going to use, you get mad at me and call me a worthless human being for daring to argue with you when you're obviously right. So yeah I certainly do expect more of that.

But yeah, totally couldn't beat you, guy I already beat with a weaker character.
