oh yes...and the...nevermind...the new host inherits the challenge list! but gets their 14 day grace period before having to set the match up with bocc. IF they want it. Grace periods are not mandatory.
Still, they would have hardly any RP skills with it if they do not take one...

Though as I said there isn't any logical choice of who to give it to but me since I was next up for it. Unless the council just decides to give it to T'Challa who i said I'd fight just because screw me maybe? The way Eric talks the council basically has no accountability to make even remotely reasonable decisions they just get to be voted out next term. Unless no one runs against them maybe and we're stuck forever?

Have all of the winning Council Members posted here, so that if a child board is made we'll be ready to get down to the sticky business? Where's Genesis and Chinote? I've seen Hades around but I'm not sure on his current status either.

Normally the process would be to make decisions based on the rules, Shadow, not general opinions or consensus of those outside the council. The first issue put before the council will be what to do with the zero tails.

So 'WE' are not going to do a thing about it.
The council will.

That is why they exist.

Someone...why not me?...will pm everyone and tell them to report for duty.

If one has not already been made by a council member, make a thread to discuss the hosting of the zero tails. Later I am sure Ace or some Forum Mod will move the thread to the proper area. But for now I suggest sticking it in the rules section for the council in All Things Bijuu board.
