Ray became blinded, but he wasn't stupid. He knew an attack would follow up, just not what. After being initially blinded Ray would blend in with the smoke, transporting himself near the edge of his smoke screen. Thus the commencement of arrow raining began as it struck the epicenter of the smoke cloud, though it would initially disperse it strictly due to the sheer volume of how many arrow were fired, the smoke would actually plume up as any wind generated would be consumed in the smoke, so when the dust settled the cloud actually expanded by a meter.

Ray, slowly starting to get his vision back, would stumble as he made his way through his smoke cloud letting out a cuss every time he tripped. Finally reaching the middle again, he'd open his palms again and let out a near invisible blue vapor. This blue vapor would concentrate itself in four small areas. The concentration would be no bigger than a baseball, but that would be more than enough. After getting nearly half of his vision back, he'd capture the four blue concentrated in bubbles of smoke. Luckily this move didn't need any vision, as the 4 bubbles of smoke, concealing the blue vapor, rose above the cloud making themselves visible to Jay.

These smoke bubbles would then proceed to launch themselves at Jay. They wouldn't be looking to necessarily hit Jay but the area around him. Now with his vision restored, but still irritated, he could make out Jay's form, and when each smoke bubble was about 5 meters from Jay, he'd snap his fingers releasing the vapor and smoke. The blue vapor was the attack, because as this bubble popped, it would take a few moments, but Jay would smell a very nice sweet smell. Should Jay inhale the vapors, which covered 10 meters as it diffused for each of the packed blue vapors, he would begin to experience a mild genjutsu displaying any and every past experience that made him fear death or the death of those he loved. The real clincher would be that this blue vapor would also be a nurotoxin, which would damage his nerves in the brain and any synapses action to provide movement and it would only strengthen the more he inhaled. Since Jay needed air to breathe it would be extremely hard to avoid this, and considering that each of the four smoke bubbles carried enough to cover ten meters, the range of attack would be 40 meters total, as Ray detonated each bubble at 5 meters intervals. The first one at 5, then 10, 15, and finally 20. Wind also wouldn't provide jay with any relief as wind only fed the attack, being that the sharingan paled in comparison to the byakugan in chakra detection he was sure, Jay would have a hard time trying to detect the smoke vapor.

His brother made a grievous mistake in remaining inside of his smokescreen. While his lightning arrows had been focused in the middle, he had made sure to attack all throughout the cloud. If even one hit, no matter where it hit, it'd prove painful as all Raiton techniques do. Though his next action determined whether or not the smoke contained chakra. If it did, he'd be hard pressed to see through it with his Sharingan. If it didn't, he'd be able to see his brother's chakra inside with little problem. Though, he wouldn't wait too long to give his brother time to recover from his near blindness.

Though if his brother still decided to continue with his blue vapor attack(if hit), once they were visible through the top of the smoke cloud, he would have instinctually grew active. Unsealing a physical arrow as he pulled on the string of his bow, aiming at the bubbles of blue vapor and releasing the arrow in quick succession. He rinsed and repeated the process mentioned above before they could rush towards him. He was a master archer, hitting the baseball sized orbs of smoke would take little to no effort. The popping of the smoke bubbles, would cause the neurotoxin inside to release around the immune Iburi.

Continuing with his assault of the arrows, he'd unseal another arrow and pulse it with wind chakra. He rapidly release it towards the cloud of smoke. As soon as it was ten meters inside, he'd release the technique inside of it. At his command, the wind would burst forth in tiny blades showing that it was his External Retreat technique. The release of this also depending on where his brother was, obviously intending on releasing it as close to his brother as possible.

Though, if his brother had been hit and taken a different route, whatever that may be, he would do nearly the same thing. Unsealing two arrows at once, he'd aim them towards the cloud (if he could see his brother's chakra, then he'd aim it squarely at him) and pulse his chakra into them as he released them. A full meter from their quick release, they would rapidly multiply from two to one thousand(1), toning down the technique a bit. Taking advantage of his brother's temporary blindness, the chakraless arrows would close the fifty meter distance between them in less than a second, a testament to the sheer speed arrows can fly from a compound bow like Goliath (300 feet per second) all his arrows having this level of speed.

Of the thousand arrows, and because of the tight grouping of the arrows, two dozen had the chance of hitting his brother. It was a wall of arrows that would be more wide them tall, though it'd leave a single meter on both sides (left and right, from where he was) completely arrow free, completely covering the top.

Regardless of whether his brother chose the blue pill or the red pill, at the end, he'd pulse his chakra and his form would begin to vanish from sight(2) to the point that the Byakugan wouldn't even be able to see his chakra. He would have to physically feel him out. Though, the downside of it was, once he releases an arrow, or any attack, they would become visible. Which meant, he would have to use his speed and stay moving. He would also have to implement his grand plan whilst like this. If his brother became a pile of diced blood and flesh or a literal pincushion, he would know eventually.

Remained pain free, thanks to his smoke form, he made his feet smoke only, preventing any raiton from traveling through his body. Ray's bubbles still rose, yet popped. He knew it was a long shot, but then again he could always try again, with more precision, since his eye sight was beginning to fully restore itself.

The smoke cloud is indeed diluted with chakra, to mask himself from his brother. He wasn't gonna serve himself on a silver platter, though it seems Jay failed to recognize what had happened when he first fired the arrows, or notice the encroaching smoke cloud.  When Jay fired the arrow filled with wind chakra, he'd get a surprise when he went to set off the arrows attack. The wind that was supposed to be an attack now became 'food' for his smoke as the wind and their blades were absorbed by the smoke cloud. This is due to the fact, that this smoke is completely different than what Ray's body is made up of. What sucks is that Jay decided to make himself invisible(?) by some means or another. The absorbed wind would add an extra five meters to the entire cloud itself, with the cloud being a good 30 meters in all directions.

Nearly back to complete eyesight, Ray would snap his fingers creating two clones from the smoke around him. These were meant for cannon fodder, but also a possible attack, because each clone contained enough of the blue vapors to cause the side effects mentioned before. Sending then through the cloud, they'd appear from it and scatter, one to the left on the the right. Their byakugan active looking for Jay.

It seems his brother went with the blue route, yet had enough insight to turn his feet into smoke to prevent any damage from his previous attack. Through his Sharingan, he was able to notice the cloud of smoke expanding from his attack and went to enact his grandmaster plan.

Creating four clones to double the amount of his brother, they spread out in the cardinal directions, north, east, south and west, with the clone that went towards his cloud of smoke, jumping clear over, using wind platforms to complete the task. He didn't need his brother knowing of what was happening. Once they were twenty meters around him, they each pulsed their chakra, while he closed his eyes. Again, Gaibu Koben was activated, filling the area with a blinding light from every direction.

Each of his clones were affected, because they were looking away, not stopping their current trajectory. The original Nara did the same thing, moving away from the cloud, his eyes close and glad they were in the plains, other wise he would risk hitting a tree. Once his clones were at the hundred meter mark, they each went through a series of hand seals and became completely visible.

Their chakra surged around them as they slammed their hands on the ground. Again, his brother would be blinded and suffering from the same symptoms from moments before. The clones, once their chakra pulsed into the ground, the telltale black ink of Fuinjutsu(1) burst around them, speeding across the plains to connect with the other markers on either side of them. The ink, once connected, would form a large square. From the ink, chakra would shoot up towards the sky, as if to form a barrier. Though, this was only to mark the area of influence inside, luckily of which the original Nara wasn't in at the moment.

He wasn't entirely sure, but maybe even the erecting of the chakra based barrier would have a blinding effect on the Byakugan as well. It was only a speculation at this point in time, but the thought didn't stay in his mind for long. Because the clones dispelled, their part of the plan complete. All that was left was for the Nara to finish its activation. Originally he had planned this as a last ditch effort for other entities, but with the restrictions in place, he didn't have much options left.

Now having full vision restored, Ray focused on the now 5 total Jay's in the area. He knew something was up, but not what. When the clones of Jay went to move into a position, they'd be greeted with two smoke hands. Each hand would also have a smaller hand appear from each fingers. In total each clone would have to dodge twenty hands grabbing for their throats, appendages or opening into the body. Should the hands grab the next, the clones would face asphyxiation in suffocate in a matter of seconds. If it managed to grab an appendage, it would use force equal to a ton to slam that clone into the ground. All in all, Ray made sure to disrupt the clones before the could have done anything.

Now Ray's clone focused on Jay, as they closed in quickly, their speed equivalent to lee without his weights, they would close in on him the first clone, coming in fro the right trowing a kick at the man's abdomen with enough strength to send him flying. The second one, would act like he was going to throw a punch at the real Jay's face, but moments before would, disappear, and reappear behind Jay, with a similar kick aimed at the man's neckline.

Repost

With his vision restored, Ray breathed for a moment. He used his byakugan to see his brother was well still invisible by whatever means. Though, he'd see the brief moment when Jay used his chakra he'd assume he wouldn't stay in one spot but gave up hope. The clone Jay created however, still invisible, would encroach though Ray had no idea where, he wasn't concerned. Surrounding 120 meters was his blue vapors. Though not as concentrated as standing in a room full of it, the poison it carried was still potent enough to cause nerve damage and paralysis. The reason it spread so far was due to diffusion, the act of something spreading out over time usually in reference to smells or the like. And the area was expanding, though Ray had no idea where the clones would end up, if they encroached too deep in they'd find themselves suffering from nervous system failure and paralysis. All the had to do was breathe in on a spec and they'd feel the damage, though the farther they are the weaker it is in general.

Ray wasn't going to stand by idle or so he'd make his brother think. Making a single kata, a white smoke would envelope the area around the smoke cloud. When this was done, Ray snuck deep underground using his smoke form to travel well over 50 meters deep so he was out of his brothers range with the sharingan. From that white cloud would emerge 60 smoke clones of Ray. Each one began to build chakra and would focus on the clones of Jay when they make their appearance, should they make one. Ray on the other hand moved towards his brothers last known location waiting for him to make himself visible again.

He would soon be fully aware of the blue vapors as the clone that had went closer towards the cloud of smoke, in its attempt to clear it, suffered from its damaging effects, dispelling immediately. The knowledge of the happenings, transferred to the other clones, as well as the original. Each of them would then unseal their Manji mask to prevent the vapors from causing them any damage, because of the filter built into the masks. They still went to perform their tasks in filling the area with blinding light, one of the other clones would create another shadow clone and all of them would expanded their total range to two hundred meters instead of the intended one, just to be on the safe side.

As they did this, they went through with the activation of the seal from the previous post, becoming visible as they did. With the Four Pointed Implosion Seal setting up as intended, Jay, now without his clones as they dispelled when their work was finished, swiftly activated the full potential of the seal, turning visible since it was now safe for him.

The barrier walls above shined brightly, forcing him to turn his head as it grew intense, the top closing in at the one hundred meter high peak, completely enclosing the seal. As it did this, the lights from the sides (Northwest, Northeast, Southwest and Southeast) as well as the ceiling above shot their lights towards the very center of the enclosure, quite possibly being directly above the dense cloud of smoke, fifty meters above ground.

As the beams of light created a power struggle in the middle, the force of gravity on the inside would become much stronger than before, even more so than what the Nara was used to. It was on a level comparable to the Chibaku Tensei, large rocks breaking off from below and rising up towards the center of the mass of light. Escape was possible, but the Iburi didn’t have the tools to do so as not even his smoke, at it's thinnest, could penetrate through a barrier wall. Everything inside would be drawn to the light, fully capable of tearing a hole in the ground as deep as half a kilometer. His brother had to realize that this seal was never made for him, but he had no choice in the matter.

As the seal swallowed the Earth below and Jay was completely sure that its hunger was sated with his brother and his clones in tow, he’d perform the handseal to end the technique, the large four hundred meter square scarring the Earth (Because they went two hundred meters in all directions). From the center of the light, as the barriers shrank around the light at a near instant pace, a small glass cube would be all that remained, and it’d immediately plummet down into the abyss below. Down it went and once it shattered, there’d be no conceivable way to bring his brother back. Thank the heavens this was OOC, otherwise he’d feel bad about doing this.
