If we're letting NPC challenge, what's to stop say, Athos, who challenged for every beast, to challenge for every beast again using NPCs. I'm a Council member, which means I can't be a host, but that ANBU member isn't a Council member. He's an NPC. This should be limited to players only.

Well, the Oto Police Force are all fairly fleshed out NPCs all under the control of me in defense of the village. I just don't want to create extra accounts for each and every one of them, but they all have bios on the wiki page If this is an issue, I don't mind not participating. It would have been a novelty for me anyway because I just wanted to try out.

We did not discuss alts. My original plan always included that each person gets one challenge. What account they choose to use that challenge with doesn't matter.
An NPC is not a person. It should not be allowed a challenge. Any one could flood the pool with NPCs and end up with multiple Bijuu under their control. That is not in the spirit of a fair distribution, which is my main priority.

Trev. You are the only current host, and we did not discuss your participation. I see no reason to bar you, however, it does go against having a fair initial distribution, so I'd encourage you not to, but won't stop you.
