Mission Participants: Player 1 (NPC couriers)

Mission Synopsis: Realizing that Tomi may return with Force, the Land of Birds Daimyou seeks out lower ranking foreign aide to further their cause. A generalized posting throughout the various lands for recruitment operations is set out, including the mission board in Ichiraku's Ramen.
