Robots vary in size and shape, each determined by the purpose for their creation. Androids, on the other hand, are humanoid in appearance. Beneath their synthetic exterior is a masterwork of technology hidden under a durable exoskeleton. These machines are so life-like, they could easily pass off as a real living being until their feats are witnessed.
Free from their creator and in control of their own life, androids find great joy in learning about the world and life around them. This powerful curiosity goes hand in hand with naivety, which often results in many androids being very trusting and not realizing that they may be being manipulated. They may also do not take actions based on moral decisions, but on logical ones. This means that what they think might be 'right' will not always be the 'right' thing to do.

Effect: Your character is a machine, literally. Because of this, you have some benefits that put you above your organic companions. But at the same time, you have to realize that this comes with several trade-offs. Your character does not age or require sleep, but can require a inactive state in order to recharge. You have much more selections for vision, meaning you can see in conditions that would make it impossible for others to see in. Your physical strength and durability are much better than a normal human's and your muscles do not feel fatigue. You also do not need to breathe, which means that you can function in environments that do not have oxygen.
But these perks come with the fact that you will never be able to use chakra or jutsu. This means that you will have to use brute force to do things that ninja do with ease; such as leap far distances, enhance their strength, or walk on other surfaces. But thankfully, this also means that genjutsu has no effect on you. Because you do not have a soul either, you are unable to detect anything spiritual. Also, because not all androids are built for combat, you lose one die for any combat-related tasks until you receive the necessary upgrades.

Flaws:
If jet packs are used for speed boost, character can not perceive what happens during high speeds.
Radar / Lidar ( 3 dot ): +1 Alertness
Merits:
-War Droid: allows access to combat abilities and no longer has -1 die rolling for combat.
-Radar: Allows character to detect objects around them.
Upgraded chassis ( 4 dot ): +1 Def
-Unbreakable: Your exoskeleton can withstand any blow.
-Ocular upgrade: Able to perceive high speeds. Removes debuff from jet-boosters
Perpetual Energy (5 dot): +1 Stamina
-Fusion Reactor: No longer runs out of energy, does not need inactive period, will not get fatigued by actions.

Prerequisite: Robot 1 OR Byakugan 1 OR Perception 3
Description: Novice: You dont stub your toe in the dark.
Practiced: You can pinpoint the direction from which sounds come.
Competent: You can fight and predict your enemies locations at the same time.
Expert: You can almost feel where your opponents are.
Master: You possess an almost mystical sense- Zen and the Art of Spatial Awareness.
Effects: When fighting blind, a character does not get to add their Brawl or Melee to their attack roll. With the Blind Fighting Skill, the character may use Brawl or Melee up to their level in Blind Fighting.

Prerequisite: Robot 1
Description: Novice: You can tell the difference between hot and cold by looking at something.
Practiced: You see a clear outline of everything with their heat signature.
Competent: You can see thermal images of things behind walls.
Expert: You can visibly see minute heat details with gradients in great detail.
Master: You can see residual heat signatures, allowing to almost look into the past.
Effects: Allows sight in situations that do not permit it such as darkness and blinding light. Allows one extra die roll for every other level in thermal vision when used with investigation if situation permits.

Prerequisite: Robot 2 OR Juugo Clan 3
Description: Novice: You can use booster jets to hover around or gain some somewhat higher jumps.
Practiced: You can use booster jets to increase your base speed.
Competent: You can use booster jets to move lightning fast for brief moments.
Expert: You can use booster jets on individual body parts, allowing for boosted punches, kicks, or other shenanigans.
Master: You have so much control over your boosters you're basically Iron Man.
Effects: Can be used in place of athletics rolls in certain situations. Level 4+ can be used for +1 die on combat rolls if used in conjunction with the action.
Drawbacks: Requires a lot of energy to use. Every time they are used, player must roll for damage. If player rolls a success, one point of bashing damage is applied to health. Damage flaw can be negated if Robot 5 OR Juugo Clan 5 is taken. Lightning speed granted by 3+ causes blindness during action unless negated with necessary levels.

Prerequisite: Robot 3
Description: Novice: Gives user a 10m detection area similar to Byakugan, allowing them to see things around them. Functionally, same as Byakugan WITHOUT chakra-vision.
Practiced: Increase range to 50m.
Competent: Increase range to 100m.
Expert: Increase range to 1km.
Master: Increase range to 10km.
Effects: Functions similarly to byakugan minus any chakra-related usage.
