Ability to change clan names

As you can see from the post there are quite a few of the main clans that have had to substitute an obscure ō (macron) from previous duplicate clans that still had members in them

Since we can already change KG, Names, and so on I was wondering if the same could be done for clans.

If Neji does not object, I would allow for members to send us a petition for one of us to change it (without abusing it of course).
Or, Neji can create an addition, which might take some work. :P

Would have to put an x or something next to a particular clan name to indicate it's been changed once already. The petition would probably be the easiest to handle, but I'm sure Neji will want to put a cost of DP or in-game gems/gold on it. If he chooses to implement it at all.

Hmmm, who has the rights to change the clan name if there are more than one leaders?
We would need to ask all of them.

But basically, I support clan name changes via petition.
I'd not implement a feature in the game to do so automatically, because I think the names need to be chosen carefully. You can make new clans everytime and help people over. That's what I did in most other MMORPs where a clan name could not be changed.
