Summon Biju Rule Proposal 3 (vote)

With this - http://forum.shinobilegends.com/index.php/topic,9413.0.html - as a guide for discussion and continued discussion, I would like to put up to vote a series of suggestions for changing the summons biju rules.

This is the third suggestion. Vote yay or nay on the matter. Vote goes until 6/15/2017.

3) Outside of battle or training, summoned biju do not continuously drain the user's chakra.
