Was told an actual vote needed to happen here to take the 'teacher' spot from Tobias in the Edo Tensei Teacher < Student pairing.

Tobias has been inactive for 179 days and has seemed to quit Shinobi Legends. Via circumstances he took Ryoji's spot in the Teacher spot while Uematsu Tomi was the Student spot.

Is he sufficiently inactive to be considered for removal of his Edo Tensei Teacher Spot or no?

Who should be voting on this matter? Is it the general public, only Edo Tensei affiliated peeps? The Official Edo Tensei guidelines do not address succession beyond the death of the teacher or student freeing up a slot:

Dudes goner than being gone. Boot im, there's no point debating it.

According to the rules if one or the other dies, that person takes up the teacher slot and can freely take another student to pass on the technique to. So in retrospect, you are now promoted to that teacher spot and can take a student at any time that you please.

Was told by Shadow I had to get an official forum vote, instead of people just saying 'go ahead'. Figured at worst, I'd just be rejected and have to wait longer in Tobias' abscence to somehow get people to figure out if someone's gone long enough with such a technique to their name, a new rule establishing they have to be active at least once every half a year or something to keep it might be made by the forum governing it.
