Long story short, what is important in the end is WILL people use Honorary Sage Mode despite not having the RP exclusive Toad Summoning Contract or not?
The answer is Yes, until Kishimoto-sama specifically states otherwise.
Hence, yours truly has been in the process of developing a RP appropriate system that any and all current and future Sages may use in combat and other types of role-play.

Here's a simple and sweet idea, reiterated.
If you already have other resets, and you want the new coming resets that bad, you sacrifice all you have regardless of how much to get a permanent chance at getting a Sage Art Reset.
If you don't, do not sacrifice for it or get another, non reborn account to reset into such.
I of course, approve of the concept of being able to reset into the Sage Arts while already having reset prior to their existence whilst maintaining Neji's wish to make it a stand alone reset branch.

Village Square / Konohagakure Roleplay

So let's see, the roleplay system in Konohagakure's in a mess as far as I can tell. Multiple 'official' hokages. The current most reasonable/Official one Sharuto is being a complete jerk to some people, and seemingly lacks usage of certain levels of mannors.
Personally, I'm up for a safe, un-harrassed chat setting for the Konohagakure page.
As I've heared all around Konohagakure is 'dead' and the other chat pages are either in the same rut or going down the same path.
So what do you guys think?
Is there appropriate if any action to take to adress this apparent issue?
