Yeah, I can't really think of any stat increases for the missing nin race
EDIT: Possibly increased charm?! (They are good at persuasion?)
EDIT of the EDIT: Maybe just as it says above. Nothing. That way you don't get any decreased stats, like all the other races.

Oh, then obvious "No" answer from me.
They created their clans for a reason.
They like to play the game and worked hard to be able to make their own clans.
Leave them be.
How would you like it if you made a clan that you were proud of.
Then one morning you log in and you get a message "Your clan has been removed, but here is your money back!"
9.9 times out of 10, they will just re-create their clans.

Well, they paid to make the clan, which didn't take off and get a lot of members. It's not like they're voluntarily losing their clan, we'd be removing it.

Plus (I don't know why I didn't think of this before), it is a risk you will be making.
If you get refunded, where is the risk? the challenge?
This idea would most likely lead to an unintended consequence of a plethora of more clans.
(which is what the majority of SL have been complaining about)
Each action has an equal or greater reaction.

I actually think this'd be nice. Players who got refunded could, if they wished, remake their clan, and those that are lazy/inactive won't come back to clog everything up.If those that are lazy/inactive in a clan are 'clogging' everything, remove them. This sort of thing would only be available to creators as leaders did not create the clan.
My overall thought: No.
