Not saying what you want your mate to look like is insulting? I think it's quiet the reverse. If my woman (sadly I am alone) said she wanted me to cut my hair, or to have my teeth straightened, or wishes I could talk lighter I'd be a tad peeved. Not to the point that I'd flip out of course. I'd just throw it back at her and wish she was a man erm .... I mean... >.>;;;

I'm straight don't worry. The way to a woman's heart is through her esophagus remember that. And the only way to see it is to make her laugh kiddo. IT was actually through her stomache and you're supposed to cook for her, but I don't think she'll like spam and eggs.
