These are characters, not neccessarily the peoople on the other side of the screen, although that did influence just slightly in my listings. Rita was my own personal creation and I actually have alot of fun RPing both her and Eric together far more than when I'm just RPing Eric.
Kyuubigirl still has that place becuase she was one of my first real zone fights and friends on SL, although she is not as into that as she used to.
Rare has been with both SL and the village for quite awhile now; I remember when he was Fifty Cents in the friend's list. While it is questionable his latest ideas, since his character has alot of power (and not a thing to do with it) and for the most part resembles the Uchiha from the series pretty well, you can tell that Rare's own character probably has some illumination to OOC Fifty... Getting used to Rare threw me off for a bit. :P
OOCly I can't say I"m all that familiar with Kayenta, but from SLS to SL again, her character has certainly shone quite well, with the personalities of herself and her character very intuned.
Tommi's character was the greatest thing to happen to Konohagakure ever since Gyururu handed him the mantle in SLS. While his eventual OOC decisions are questionable, his character was undoubtably unique in nature. Yeah, plenty of Minato references and potential copycat, but he managed to pull it off rather well till the end, throwing in some "extra" stuff to "customize" the Minato template. Had his two infamous decisions of OOC nature been weighed more heavily... Well, he certainly wouldn't have gotten above Lightning that is for certain!
Lightning, the first eager member of the Shadow Force who gave me the honor of being one of his senpai's... I believe his second senpai including his master, but I absolutely adore the character behind it. Recently conditions haven't been so grand for either of us to shine, but war will eventually return to the shinobi legends realm...
Dark's character recently has been inactive... Very inactive in fact. But his real life is affecting that. His character looked out for the best for Konoha, and tried to help pick up the pieces from Tomi's first dissappearance... Well, RL has been sapping at that, but his character is still awesome.
No, I am not "reviving" this thread! I am trying to make a related post and give a template for others who wanna post, and I'm not sure i have any characters that I hate really.

Fun Fact: I made the original "Uchiha" account a while back. Traded it for the "Hyuuga" account. And then I left for a year and came back and felt bad because it was at Grand Master reborn status and I was only 2 reborns in due to having like 220 kills when they came out. True story, bro.

Hmmm ok here are some of my favorites in RP and OOC in no particular order
Kayenta:What can be said about one of the first people i met when i came to SL? She has a good sense of what's wrong and right and will step in to try and do what's best in situations.
TakahashiMariko: Another one from when i first joined. Her, like all the others on this list are good rp'ers and they know how to do what some people can't. Remaining IN CHARACTER when rping.
Rare: In rp somewhat of a fun kid brother figure. He's constantly trying to improve his character and he's ALWAYS been in Konoha. No village hopping for him.
Lukas: A unique personality but also an all around great guy to hang around.
Raifudo: One of SL's top dogs from way back. Logical person with a hilarious sense of humor
CJ: One of the resident bad boys. He held on to the Ichibi for god knows how long and to date stands to be the best one to use it in RP (Yeah i said it lol)
Koji: Old School at it's finest. Another Leaf guy that focuses on logic and what makes sense in RP which is one of the reasons i appreciate him so
Mei: My SL brother and one of the few people that has maxed 16 reborns but also knows what to use and what not to use in RP to balance his character out.
Reimu: Yet another max reborn character. Very close attention to detail in pretty much everything and keeps a fun demeanor
Bocchiere: The guy that everyone loves to hate. I can't recall one person with so many people trying to kill him in RP. OOC he's a pretty cool guy. IC people claim he's over powered. We'll see who gets his head.
Tetsujin: Another old school player and former Raikage. His skill is rumoured to be one of the top in SL when it comes to zone fights. He's always calculating and planning something but a decent all around guy
Raijin: I've seen him RP from low level shinobi to kage. He's an example of what i can appreciate about growth and developement in a character. Also as a person he's one of the most down to earth people you can meet.
Ice: The reincarnation of Neji himself. Taking time out of his busy schedule he'll bend over backwards to give us what we want in the game provided it makes sense lol... And for that reason i'll throw Neji in there as well..
I know there's more but i'll leave it there for now ^_^

Characters are characters, they are not neccessarily the real people. Yeah I like myself but I like some of my creations for shinobilegends especially well! And quite frankly, you have your reasons for disliking Tomi, I have my reasons for particularly liking him. You can type crap about the guy but seriously, is there any solid evidence that he did so many terrible things for the SL RP? Come on now, as far as characters go, Tomi's was pretty friggen awesome man. You may disagree, but I have my reasons. And I didn't think this was a discussion thread for those lists. >.>

Goodness....my favorites? have you ever seen me try to order from a menu? I have tons of favorite characters. In no particular order of importance.
I really liked TripleBlitz the best. he stayed in character all the blessed time and never lost his cool. And believe me I tried! Excuse me, his 'sangfroid'...well he did one time only, and thank the gods I wasn't the one to cause it. I think I had never been so scared in all my life. Anyway, he was not OP and was active.
Raifudo was fun to zone with and hopefully will be again sometime soon.
Musie/Court and all her incarnations. The woman is scary sometimes! brrrrr. I Think she is just very descriptive and does a great job bringing to life even the simplest actions.
The Zeniliscious one! Zenaku I still remember when he was a little green demon! I think his creativity has kept many a clan going long after it would have died had he not been around. Though I tell you I am not gonna fight him as long as he keeps putting those paper notes all over his body! :P
I have to agree about CJofTheDesert. Mr. of The Desert, before he became such a SLACKER!!!! and you know you are...was really something to watch and stand up against in the zones. Zyeta ought to just give it up and seal the Shukaku back into the man where it belongs cause in my mind all are shadows after CJ.
Nashley yeah well deal with it. Despite his frustrating bent toward being occluded and never giving me a straight answer, is a pretty villainous man to be captured by. You gotta love the bad guy!
Speaking of the bad guy Madara/Shinro/Mangetsu Seems to have the most biting tongue on him I have ever witnessed. he manages an air of stiff indifference that hardly ever wavers and is quite wiley about his wheeling and dealing behind the scenes.
Sugoi evil monster, relentlessly driven by his own darkness. Yeah, he has been creatively rotten! Great to go questing on, just watch your back!
Xaos is quite interesting to watch in the zones. Although I have not had the pleasure of RPing with him, I do scan the fights and he sticks out as a man of distinction in his willingness to take hits and still be a legitimate powerhouse.
Icey is just plain old fun and full of energy. I look forward to disfiguring him again with one stroke of my katana! So bring it bubby!
DarkShinobi has to be one of the real treats of the realm. He is creative and really exudes the Will of Fire unlike any other. I hope he can make it back someday for he is greatly missed.
Ronin Chusaki is another warrior of the sands who maintains great in-character control. Additionally he can craft weapons with great skill and for reasonable prices.
I really enjoyed RPing with InuHanyou. Back when I first showed up in the desert he was running around there as the priest of the Shukaku. He really stays in character and is not so easily swayed from his chosen path, whatever that may be.
TheWhiteFangofKahona/Kyōuki is a hoot. Yes he can be very slapstick in the gardens, and has been quite the mediator over the years when things got dicey between folks now and then, but he is quite the serious zoner and pushes me to have to really think when I face him. I appreciate his dedication to training and crafting a legit character and just wish he would decide on an avatar already! Fun Fact: only person to actually kill Kayenta. Sneaky Dog! A true villain when he sets his mind to it.
KalinkaWindalf is quite the skilled medic. And you might not think it, but she is exceedingly covert. None better to have on a mission.
I like Bocchiere and love to get into arguments with him too! He is creative and usually game for an adventure. I still say Umi killed him though when she splattered his body all over Kiri into Jashinist puree! :P I warn you though, do NOT go with him to his lair unless you have a strong stomach. The man is very descriptive and the place is full of nightmares.
Xiarawst's vigilance in guarding his village is something that I enjoy seeing put into action. When able, he is quite active, and that is a trait that I highly value.
Daichi is also someone I enjoy RPing with. He is especially good at going out on quests and missions. Over the years I have watched his character grow and develop while still maintaining overall integrity to remain the same. Never try to out drink he and CJ at the bar though; can't be done!
Unless you are maybe....Nighstalker/Senna/ Nagisa. Now there is trouble in a hand basket if I ever saw it! Quite the character and always a pleasure.
Dart! Where would I be without his wonderful character in the land? Dead! His characters are also quite intriguing. And no push over either. The first time I met him I was quite certain I would have to kill him thinking he was in my home to bring harm and create havoc in the village. But that is a shinobi for you; dangerous and secretive.
Maruki is a skilled warrior who is also another who maintains his character in everything that he does.
Which describes Koji to a T. try as I may I can never wheedle out of him what nefarious plot he is hatching up now. But you can bet he is up to something!
BryantheExiled scared me to death the first time I met him. Yet there I was wandering off from the gardens to the zones with him to try and not get killed. Boy did he ever put me through the paces! I have as yet to beat him and to this day when we spar there always comes a point where I just have to slip out and never finish, and he always lets me get away with it too. His back story is interesting as well and full of horror.
DarkSasuke, Haruto and Shuzetsu Uchiha. What a trio of siblings if there ever were and the life's blood of the village. I can't tell you how many wars these children of the desert weathered and yet there they are to this day unchanged by the devastation. seemingly so, and still coming back for more! This is the stuff that Suna is made from. You just can't kill it. I won't let you! :P
Pyro Prinny. Well anyone who knew him either loved or hated him. But he too saved my life...lots of people enjoy trying to kill me it seems long before Icey got a hankering for it. He could be the staunchest defender and woe to the soul who dared to attract his scorn. Merciless to the point of banning. But still a favorite even if he was not canon Naruto, what with his devil fruit transformation and all. He made the desert bloom out side my door, as it does to this day. But what a hoot!

Fifty is not one to be kept down. ever. It was always great fun to be in clan wars with his Leaf clan. PVPing his people to death and getting into scuffles in the streets. That certainly hasn't changed a bit. I never can tell if he is joking or not until he is at my door/gates/village walls trying to blow the place up!
I miss Orochimaru not that we ever Rp'd or anything. But I certainly did love reading his zone fights.
Shinomaru was another favorite of mine. Could never manage to beat him in the zones either. And he was gracious enough not to kill me for it too. I missed out on seeing him be Hokage though. And it ticks me off that that lineage has been totally voided as though it never existed.
DarkRasengan/Tetsujin is another I enjoyed seeing active. Back in the Kazangakure days. Ah but boys grow up and go get lives, do they not?
I have really strayed from the topic...Current Favorite Characters...meh. Everyone knows I run off at the mouth. It's what I do best.
I like Luka too. He is fun for going on quests and is one who refuses to fight me cause I would be no contest for him. His writing is quite skilled and he maintains his character very nicely. I think that he is the longest running jinchuuriki we have too.
HobbyGobby is Suna's no-necked Goblin King and you can't have him. Yes he can't spell for dog squat and his grammar is non-existent, but I say hey? He is a genius among goblins, it is amazing he is literate at all! His dance magic leaves me baffled but then I love the strange and unique. This he certainly is. And if you ever take the time to go on an adventure with him you just might experience how truly creative a soul he is. I have a really nice bow he crafted that shoots ice arrows.
Kamui's recent come back was a hopeful event. I had the chance to rp with him a bit and was pleased with the intensity he put into his character. He has a way of making things interesting, hinting at things in a secretive manner and yet not quite revealing his hand. But do not be so stupid as to ask for his aid. I have done so twice. The man is evil and delights in death and mayhem. As just a young genin when there were bandits trying to steal an artifact from the vaults in Suna. he came to the aid alright and just starting killing everyone and anything in sight. my first experience with Amateratsu. >.< Then during the Zombie Apocalypse, yeah you all missed it already so stop preparing, he and Tetsujin come to the aid of the village. Strictly Swordy swordy stuff mind you and after buring the village in Lava and drowning it in water...well Lake Suna sits off a bit to the east of the new Village. >.> Bless the builders one and all.
Kite is another warrior I would like to see out and about again. I don't think we have enough Hyuugas running around and the place could greatly benefit from his teachings. I lead a sheltered existence, it is true, so my apologies to all you hyuugas I am not acquainted with.
Ah yes...Hyuugan. he is quite enjoyable as well as creative. But katie bar the door if you ever tick him off! The resources of the man and his ability to bring them to bear in order to exact his revenge is insurmountable. he will hate me forever, but I don't care. I think he is still a great character. :P
I have to agree with Zenaku concerning Mei. He is wonderful to go out on missions with as he brings to bear a strong compliment of power in facing the enemy, performing recon and overcoming terrain. His ability to analyze jutsu and execute them in battle is quite enjoyable.
Sevilon is another who I have hardly ever seen break character. And his vampire/ninja is one of the most believable around. Facing him in battle was not in the least predictable and he needs to get off WoW-crack and back in the game.
I think that Dizzy made a pretty villainous warrior too. IT didn't matter who you were, he'd kill you just as soon as look at you. I am particularly fond of the work he has done on his lizard summons.
Yomi is a character that I have recently seen in action and I am looking forward to seeing more of her RP.
Nightwind is quite the powerhouse. She is descriptive, intelligent, fun and brings to bear depth in her characters that makes every encounter with her a delight.
Reimu is someone I have recently become acquainted with find that this Shinto Priestess is quite spectacular.
RenjiNakara is quite the tenacious warrior to encounter. His ability to lay traps and set up an opponent for failure during battle is wonderful to behold. And you are never quite sure if he is evil or just mischievous.
Moonfire "Silver" is another person who is able to maintain his character throughout. There have been many times when he was all that stood between life and death when an enemy had come to yet again...wha hoo...destroy Suna. His is an often over looked talent and it has been cool to watch him grow over the years.
HoshuaHoo has lately returned home to Suna and it is quite a relief. His character is quite versatile in being a warrior one moment and the master of ceremonies and an impromptu scareoke party the next. A noted Architect, he rebuilt Osa's Underground Sake House and made it what it is today after Yondaimethethhokage destroyed it.
Teostra is yet again another of those outside of Naruto warriors who is an amazing person to quest with. I fought him once when he was not quite so powerful as he is today and the match was a draw. No way could I keep up now. For the longest time he badgered me to fight, terrorizing me with this special weapon he had devised until such point I was unable to save face any longer and was drug out into the zones to face my certain death. At the pinnacle of our battle when he had me good and cornered, he pulled out the round device he had created...gave it a massive squeeze...and sprayed me good with grapefruit juice! The pig! he knew I hate grapefruits and all that time he had me wetting myself thinking he was going to kill me. A rare whit and a patient man to wait literally almost a year to enact his prank.
Raijin is also another great person to go questing with. He brought stability to Suna during a time when it was broken and wracked by over a constant RL time year long war filled with daily attacks. His wisdom shows forth in how he manages the village and deserves a medal of valor for being the only one who is able to put Kayenta in her place! True, she doesn't stay there for very long, BUT on top of keeping the desert united he manages quite well to not back down from her volatile personality.
And finally Asadi yeah yeah, he is prone to drink and frivolity but take him to the zones sometime and be prepared to have to think out every single move you make and be mindful not to let your guard down for an instant. He has led the Shinobi Kingdom as its King to top marks all across the board in every aspect, seen it fall and then turn around to do it all over again. He is also another warrior that it is quite enjoyable to go questing with. His character had maintained a continuous story through out and has quite the history.
TheCrazyAnbu what can be said about this delightful little cannibal that has not already been said? Mole sage...if it can be blown to pieces, he is there!
Mariko my little sister. Wild and untamed, wise enough to turn down the Kage robes when they were offered and fierce in the zones. She maintains her particular heritage throughout all of her days. Just don't touch her! You are liable to draw back a bloody stump.

Raifudo - I wasn't the original holder of this account, no sir. For the first 9 months of his existence, he was in the hands of my brother. Yeah, he's a favorite character of mine because I made him what he is now. His existence has been around well about 5 years or so and, in that time, I got his reputation (somehow) high enough to a critical acclaim where people I don't know already know me very well. Yeah, call me conceded or whatnot, but it's the honest truth. I can like my own character because of all my time in him, no?
Zenaku - Ah, my hand-me-down-holder, haha. Without a doubt one of my most fiercest students and closest of friends. A very bright mind and a warm heart. This son of a gun thinks of everything before everything can think of him; a true threat and an amazing shinobi. I remember when I first met him, and have the message archived, of course, and already felt a strong potential from the fella. To keep it blunt in just how much I trust and respect him: He's the only person I ever contemplated on being eligible for being my replacement as Raikage and Kyuubi Jinchuuriki with the capable mindset of holding both titles with respect.
Jinzo - An old dog from the SL-early days. Very potent in what he does and very savvy in his advice and wordplay. Even though he's 15, this kid keeps me on my toes when it comes to intellectual conversations and arguments. I know he can, and will, surpass me in every way once he hits my age. Currently the Hachibi Jinchuuriki, this kid trains hard to be in-tune both RP and OOC. Recently having had two sever accidents, it strongly back-lashed his role-play, but he's back and better than ever. What most surprises me of this guy is that every account he's ever used/role-played with: was my design. I made their template and such, and he went out of his way to, without trying, make them much better than I ever anticipated. [Congrats on Rank 2 in PvP, by the way].
Tetsujin - My brother from the Red-Haired Pirate Crew back in the days when Taumaster was around. A very strong and capable shinobi with a very relaxed state-of-mind. Out of character, this guy is truly one of my best friends and I will forever see him as a brother. He's been there for me through thick and thin and has had my back in more than one occasion. Also, he does his best to improve what he can, when he can regardless of the limits.
JinEchizen - Ah, my "Big Brother". A very sweet man and the original kage of Kumogakure on SL. Albeit in school at this point, he makes whatever effort he can to put his studies on hold to say hi every now and then - and it's one hell of a treat to see such a familiar face. Like Tetsujin, he's been there for me and has done whatever he can to help me.
Mangetsu/Madara/"Pete" - My third brother on SL; the wordy-foul-mouth miscreant with a devilish charm. This fella and his silver-tongue have a way about him that lets chaos and havoc hide in his shadow and follow wherever he goes. I truly admire his on-about of improving his literature and role-play on SL.
Dizzy - My fourth and final brother; although we've had our differences in the past, we have grown beyond them to improve our bond. He has been there for me for years now and has always been a hell of a zone-fighter during them, too. Truly a creative guy in the way he goes about his slaughters, and one hell of a deadly foe.
Kayenta - Oh, sweet ol' Liz. A wonderful woman with such a great heart and lush personality. She has always kept role-play fun and kept a great character progression. Her ability to assume multiple personalities, varying on which account she is on, astounds me to no end. She's truly one to have my respect and love.
Louie - Although I never really met the fella, or lady (I don't know anymore judging by her/is/ accounts [just call it a "him"]), I have a strong respect in the ideal that he knows the game well and, even though no role-play was ever, really, seen, I admire their patience and knowledge of leveling and account-sitting.
Ranketsu - Another lovely lady who I am so very fond of. Although she can come off as cold, uncaring and down-right hating: she's actually quite the softy. Kind of an old student of mine, too. Either way, this Mizukage has always found ways to astound me and kept me entertain, OOC and RP-wise and has been there for me in my time of need.
Bocchiere - Bocci-whatever, a fellow troll cooler than the other side of the pillow. He's Bocc. What more can I say?
Nathan - A smart kid and one to ask questions a lot to learn. I always enjoy his company and the many questions he asks. His imagination is one to prove how creative he is and he can get. Even though a road has been blocked for him, he'll find a way to get around or just ram right through it.
Rare - 50-kid, always a fun guy to be around. He's caring and downright blunt in what he says. He's always good for a laugh whenever I need one and I gladly call him a brother for life. Although he never accepts my zone challenges (Maybe because he's just too strong for me), he's always up for a battle of wits.
Reimu - A veteran back and again on SL. Previously known as Narutofourth, I remember her company in places such as the gardens and whatnots. Unfortunately, she doesn't remember me, but, hey, it's fine. I remember her and she's back again to get to know. Aside from her very fun personality, she's a very wise and powerful kunoichi on SL with amazing potential.
Court/Musei - My ol' homie-G. So many good memories with her and many great laughs. I truly love this one, she's had my respect for quite the time now due to her fun personality OOC and cold, nonchalant RP-ways. Also, her skill in role-play is something to truly see. Magnificent in her fighting and all-around a very cool person.

Inuma: My sister! Who I said I would mention here because she said no one would mention her here. She's pretty cool even.
Zenaku: Zenny is just a beast what can I say? He makes me look like the noob I am in the zones every time we fight and he is a pretty fun dude to talk to as well. He even keeps me around even though people are spreading terrible horrible 100% false rumors that I want to assassinate him one day in the future. Those people must just be jealous that we are bestest friends. >>;
Rare: Well he is a vampire so if I don't mention him here he will find me. >>
Nashley: I haven't really talked to this man type person much but he actually seems like a cool dude. Or as I put it, "The only person in Genesis who isn't a douche"
Kayenta: ONE EXPLODING KUNAI WOULD NOT DESTROY A KAGUYA'S SKELETON! That aside Kay is pretty damn cool. Although 95% of the accounts on this site seem to be her.
Ice: Another guy who is pretty fun to talk to, when he isn't muting me for attacking someone in the fighting zone that is. >>;
Taumaster: My ultimate creation. I miss the old days when me and Tau used to just mess around with CrimsonNeji and his Death Dealers. We were trolls long before I started to rp.
Raifudo: I feel obligated to put Rai here because he is Raifudo dammit! But honestly I have only talked to him like twice, he seemed nice enough though.
Reimu: Even though she won't level my damn alt it is fun having someone around who is crazy like me. Her and Bocchiere are going to wind up married, she just doesn't know it yet.
I don't care to put on anyone else because this is taking to long and I have a damn life!

Bocchiere darling... Anything can be blown up, and it was not 'just an exploding kunai'. I liken it to a firecracker exploding in your fist and blowing your fingers off rather than it just going off in your open palm and burning you some.
Eric is someone that I enjoy reading very much. His work with a variety of npcs gets high marks from me!
Cmage/ Rakudo has been one of my favorite characters to go around and create havok with. And you just have to wonder about a man who runs around with a gourd full of his own urine strapped to his back.
Kotetsu is a warrior who is fun to face in the zones. I appreciate that he can take as well as dish out a pummeling.
and still there are many many more I have failed in mentioning.

I have no order..i will simply mention people..that i like alot and who helped me to improve. So i will attempt to start with the first person i met ,to the last person..No i will not mention anyone,only those who i think,they deserve. All i mention are my personal favorites and stand on the same liking-level XD
DarkShinobi - The first person i met here and who encouraged me to zone..It is partially his fault that i got in dangers...Ah i miss his weird...training..I can still remember the time when he tried to teach me chakra control, it ended up with the destrution of my own arm.sweet pain! But other than that,he is a great guy,always ready to help other and sacrafice himself.Sadly he is kinda inactive but i heard from him that he tries to get back.I hope he does,he still ows me Ramen.
Kayenta - GRANNY KAY! She is the second Person..why..simple..My arm bluw to pieces and she had to fix it..Yes i was half dead when i first met her and she had to fix me up over and over again.She is an active Rper and knows how to stat festivals in Suna. Once in a while it is her ,who starts some action so the village doesn't fall in an eternal slumber. While Raijin stay in the shadow and keeps Suna together in all silence,she is the one who brings life into the village. Both her and Raijin can be a great team...if they are not too stubborn. However Kayenta is also a great sensei..she doesn't only teach Jutsu in a very creative way,but also attempts to teach people grammar. DarkSasuke and I greatly improved....And i know i am missing '.' again...Kayenta is also always around and cares about anyone ,thus she is the granny of suna xD
Daichi - Ah Daichi. I messed with him at the beginning,annoying him with countless questions without even taking a breather. I think i was the only one who angerd him...there was a moment where he wanted to kill me? But despite that,he always attempted to keep a cool head. He is like the wind mostly calm,but violent and cruel if need be and a great roleplayer. He thaught me Fuuton and the importance of using details in my posts..i still fail,though. However ,no matter how often i messed up..he did not stop to be my friend..once you befriend him he will be one of the the best allies,ever. Make him your enemy and you most likely perish...
RenjiNakara - Icy,cold,calculating = Renji. The mysterious Ex-Kiri nin that lives in Suna.He is somewhat of a slaker but has a brilliant mind and an exelent Zoner.He knows how to lure one into traps.Sometimes his way of thinking is sinister. He would be the perfect villian,yet he is not...well so i hope,i am not sure! At one moment he can plot to kill you ,at the other he will just joke. His way of thinking is cold ,he is a Shinobi who uses the village of the sand as test area for icy and deadly jutsu and he is also the one who will use a genjutsu on his best friends,just to teach them a lesson. It could have been done with words,instead he uses genjutsu and fear..Yes this is the friendly Renji. Yet a very good ally.
Raijin - I met him ..around half a year after i joined...or so. He first thought i am a fool..like so many others before him.. Daihi ,Kay,Dark i think everyone thought of me as fool. First he disliked me..and i thought of Raijin as cold. I grew to like him however . He sadly is busy man and manages to stick to the shadows,however he is never to far away. I know he will come to aid,if i call him and he is keeping suna together. Sometimes it is fun to see how Raijin and Kayenta work together,they are a good team.I still do not know much about him...i am sure this will change soon.
Darksasuke - When i met him,he used chat language...Now his grammar is far better and this all changed within 1-2 years? I think it is incredible,he is incredible.He started as small brat,blowing stuff up with his brother,getting in countless troubels,but then it snapped and he changed. He did not change too much,but he matured . I llike how he grew and i see some sort of friendly rival in him,some sort of brother you could say. Thus is even made sure that he would get a chane to grow even more in RP :D
Sure he sometimes has a wicked side,but this makes him more intresting!
Saki - SAKI!I nearly forgot her! I have nearly nothing to say,but..she is dnagerous and creative. I instantly knew that she is most likly better then me,but she knows her limits and she deserves to be council member of Suna. She can be calm and collected and is better with words then me and she has a wicked way of using Jutsu. Acid and toxins,i love this mix! She is incredible,sadly a bit busy. I feel saver when she is around during an attack,knowing that she will have my back if do something stupid..but this goes for anyone i mentioned.
Bocchiere - My lovely favorite villian,tell me why is Nathan still alive,i told you i need a puppet body? Bocchhhiere is godmodding when being in teamfights and uses his alts to get in an advantage.He is the offical godmodder i would say.However ,he is one of the'newer' ones who got a Bijuu,i think this is good.It changed the SL world a wee bit. However it doesn't change my mind that i still wanna kill him..but then i do like him cause he brought some action...ah and i love to give him Ichibi action figures and plushies....Bocc..eatin an action figure is not good,though!
Nathan - I do not hate him...i simply love to mess with him.At the beginnign i thought of him as hypocrit,as Godmodder and hell,he was! He changed and sadly i had no chance to zone with him again..However ,he will attempt his best to roleplay properly and it is kinda fun when he is around..

Saki is another one I agree about. I am glad that Silver thought to mention her for she is quite skilled.
Haru Maya is another character that needs to have some attention. She is quite skilled and a good person to go on quests with. I look forward to seeing what she will get up to next.

Saki is one of few who beat Renji up! Thus it was easy to keep her in mind. She made a quick progress.

Raifudo - someone I valued so much I craved to bound with and obtain the acknowledgement of and saying it was all worth it wouldn't even scratch the surface. Both his skill and intellect are of the kind that leave many in awe. You'd suspect such a person to be a rather rigid one but that is not the case. He is one of the funniest guy I've ever met and has the most complex personality I've ever witnessed. His persona has certainly marked me for life. To sum it up he is everything someone could be looking for in to a friend save for inferiority and with the risk of sounding gay, I dare to say that I love the guy. <3
Zenaku - Very understanding, a great shinobi and an even greater friend. He had played a fairly important role in my imporvement via spars. Over all one hell of an awesome dude.
I feel both of those above as older brothers that have always looked out for me.
Pete/Shinro/Madara - An awesome and unique brother with insanity and maliciousness rivaled by no other. He had taught me a lot and I am happy to have been as lucky as to bound with this man.
Kayenta - she knows me well (too well perhaps) and respected me for what I was and did even when everyone was viewing me as a disgrace. The kunoichi with the strongest will and stubbornness. I have naught but respect and admiration for her even if we have our heated up arguments from time to time.
Ranketsu - self centered, evil, deluding, manipulative. Those are also things I adore her for as they make who she is. She is an exceptional warrior and a fun friend. She has great leadership skills and leads with an iron fist, I have no issues picturing her as a an army general.
Sharakkar - A veteran down to the bone that has taught me many things. A great friend, I'd picture him as that old man that always had a luxury of wisdom to share. A treasure trove of teachings.
Yumei - A man of many mysteries with ideologies similar to mine. Hiding the will to refresh sl behind criminal organizations and world domination. An outstanding multitude of faces. It was quite a surprise to detect a great lad and fun dude behind the regid, serious rp'er mask. What I like the most about him is just how fascinating he can be. He is one of the few that manages to send me to the dictionaries even at this point.
Jinx/Alley - Awesome girl, intelligent, loving and a splendid conversation partner overall. We started off by hating each others guts and ended up as best friends. She also radically helped me improve my spelling which was horrid at first as many know.
JinEchizen - even though I didn't know him too well during his fully active times. He was one incredible dude. Not only very skilled but also understanding and kind. A part of him will always be with me.
Darkshinobi - One with a loyalty to Konoha that rivals my own, always fighting his way through the hardships of life in order to be by the side of the village he stayed loyal to in spite of the many that wished otherwise. He is also a gentle and fun friend, simply the kind of guy you'd always want to have by your side. His one shortcoming is his naivity which is why supporting Tomi at some points should be overlooked.
Fakiwan - at first just a filler for my clan ranks later on just an idiot I used to kick away, however, if nothing else, his determination is praise worthy. He worked his way up to becoming one of my closest friend by being that little dog that always comes back to you and follows you everywhere no matter how much you try to kick him away. Not an exceptional zoner or thinker he always tries his hardest and never gives up.
Sage/Kirk/Uetto - The very first bond I've ever made, we used to be like brothers that would give their lives for each other in a heart beat. Even though a lot had happened we were never entirely broken appart even though our trust is partially cracked our bond lives on up to this day.
Robert - A little dude I miss dearly, one could call him the sempai of Fakiwan. He is the one that managed to freak even an ego maniac like myself with his constant praise and worshiping. The perfect subordinate, always having the job done without any complaint the only reward he wished for was just a glimpse of gratitude. It was fun, at one point half the people that knew us thought he was my alt, which annoyed him greatly while amusing me. xD

Top ten hmmmmmmm.
1.NarutoUzumaki - Average zoner but stuck to his character like glue and when I faced him oh yeah i won.
2.KayentaMoenkopi - If It was not for her I probably would not have stayed as long as I have. Through rp she brought my character from Otogakure into the lands of suna. Always fun to spar with in the zones even though the only "win" she has over me was with the help of on of her sensei's who smashed me in between 2 boulders.
3.Zenaku - Always fun to zone with pushing me to think out side of the box to dodge and counter.
4.Dart - Even though his monkey owes me a banana.
5.Myself - who else wouldn't put such a thing, between my Impure World Binding fuinjutsu, celebratory singing/ karaoke nights, and my flat out awesomeness at sword making.(Note I do think im the only one to have actually planed out drawn redrawn scan color gimp and post the swords they have made for others "in character")
6.HobbyGobby - whether its underhanded dealings for metal puppet/prosthetic parts or who is the better shot somethings gonna happen.
7.Haruto - RP's a bit to powerful for the rank he is supposedly to be in the zones but i dont mind that to bad since i won that match. I give him this spot because I cant remember how to spell Ryuu's if he is still on.......
8.RenjiNakara - Cant really remember if I have zoned with him but he is the head of the Murr.....oh yeah thats to be a secret organization........well you Suna Peeps should know.
9.TakaharuChusaki - root beer float please, you know what I mean. I like the ice cream.
10.Raifuta oturanikamizu - cant quite remember but he was the Kazangakure clan with me way back when.

Okay. So this is going to be a long/short list..... Lets see how well I can do this.
Starting with my family:
Minihitsukimi: Yeah, yeah. He was my adopted son. Everybody yells at that, but really? Who cares. Mini was always a barrel of fun, constantly cracking jokes and raising my spirits. he was also fun to knock around here and there. XD I watched his character grow, from horrfying to behold, to something worthwhile, both in my RP life, and in the village of Konohagakure.
Morganne: Most people don't agree, but I have to say she is a wonderful zoner. Yes, my ex-wife kicked my arse across the fields a few times, and she had a great personality. loving, affectionate, but most of all, smart and witty. She used her mind in ways that made you really think about what the true meaning of whatever was said was. She always had a strategy in place, and was avid in her defense of the village she belonged to, and she could talk circles around somebody. Her writing was fantastic, and she was very discriptive. in truth? I miss speaking with her. You ever want a workout for your mind? See her.
Raijin Hikari: Boy oh boy. The current Kazekage. I must agree with Kayenta. In more ways than one. Besides being one of the first people to speak to me when I had joined this game, Raijin has proven a true friend. He has kept me in line, many a time, and helped me stay on the straight and narrow. Without Raijin, I think this character would have dropped off the deep end many a year ago. But more than that, The Kazekage is a compassionate man, and, besides putting up with my many nefarious inquisitions and activities in Sunagakure, he has shown a remarkable talent with putting up with my crap, and making sure I have somebody to turn to when everything else seems broken in my life. For that I must thank him.
XyShuryn: The witty older brother, always quick with the comebacks. Not as active as I perhaps wish, You can always count on Shurn for a good laugh. Always entertaining, he tended to stay away from the zones, and rather fight it out with jokes, and innuendos in the Gardens.
UzamakiWarrior/Athos: Many a time have I had to pull myself back from wailing on this man. He brings forth the unquenchable urge to punch him, no? However, it was that among other qualities that put him in my list. He holds a love for life, and enjoys poking fun at others, regardless of the cost to himself. He could always make you smile, laugh, or some other expression of happiness. Even if he was a pain most of the time. True, he was an average zoner, but he had a mind that worked unlike others, and constantly made you guess about whatever plan he had conceived to face you with.
Kayenta/Shima: The one female who puts up with my crap, regardless of what I do. She constantly checks in with me, to make sure I am good, and beyond the game, she keeps a person in a rather fantastical mood. So much fun to RP with, she is very descriptive, and constantly gives a new take on whatever action is occurring. Making you think, her posts bring questions to mind, and make you look at whatever you post. She has a magnetism that draws others in, making her the easy friend everybody needs. In all her incarnations she cares for her friends, and is constantly involved in every aspect of a game. Becoming a Moderator only seems to have heightened her fodness for the game, and get her ever more involved.
Okay! On to the others now!
Syre: This licentious little punk makes almost any situation awkward, but funny. You really have no choice but to fall in love with this character, in the way that he constantly brings laughs to the table, and makes others feel better. Really going through a mundane life, I have yet to see him spar much, but you can always find him in the Gardens. True, he is not so active anymore, however, he still carries a great weight, and makes everything fun. Even if in a perverse manner. XD
Asadi: Fun to adventure with, his constant witticisms, and pyromaniac exploits, like burning down my poor house in Kirigakure, keep you on edge. He offers valuable insight to odd situations, and can make you questions things you think are so concrete. He, besides being a fantastic zoner, is very descriptive in any RP he undertakes. I find it a worthwhile endeavor to befriend this man. :D
Kotetsu: A tidbit about this man? Never get on his bad side. Not a great place to be. However, he always holds strong to his convictions, and is quite the stubborn man. Nonetheless, he is one of the better Rpers I have seen in my time. Furthermore, his antics, and rather fun attitude leave a person feeling better when he is around. That is, unless he is trying to kill you. Then please look out. Cause, let's be serious... He's the big dude from Kiri... XD
Lake: A rather young shinobi, he has a gentler soul, and a good Zone skill. One to give and take as it goes, you can find him constantly training to improve his skills, and that is what makes him worth the effort. A good clan-mate to have, and an even better friend, he is one who shows his care very particularly. He constantly pushes people to grow, and achieve a better, and higher state of being.
Rares: A rather fun person to RP with, rares has always stuck by his character as head of the Root ANBU in Konohagakure. He has a dry wit, that can bring a smile to your face. A great zoner, from what I have seen, you can never know what to expect from him. As it should be for an ANBU, no? Rares always affords a fun perspective to any situation, good, or bad.
Xiarawst: A strong individual from Kirigakure, he is always vigilant in its defense, and care. he holds dear to him the villages, and shinobi of the village, and would defend them to his last breath. Holding some people higher than others, he has high expectations. The way he is, he makesyou want to exceed those expectations. Infectious in his laughter, and joking being, he tries to keep spirits up. But don't let that fool you. he can be all business when he needs to be, and tough. His strengths far outweigh his weaknesses, and that is what makes him such a great leader. In truth? Xia is like family to me.
Ranketsu: In a time of strife, she took the Mizukage mantle, and lifted it from the ground. She has always been involved in the tidings of the village, and treats each an every shinobi and villager like family. Of course, involved in her nefarious things as she is, she can be deceitful and cruel. But honestly? What shinobi isn't hm? Even though, as of late, her activity has been down, and her approaching retirement leaves much to be desired, she has led a lief worth living, and one that makes myself feel young by comparison.
Hayazaki Hana: As quick to befriend you as slip a blade between your rips, Hana proffers forth an interesting view on many topics. She constantly gets into arguments, and makes sure her point is made. However caustic her personality is, when you can get lose enough, you can see the good within. She enjoys conversations and debates, yes, but she is also a great zoner. Utilizing her strategic mind, and her skill with medical ninjutsu, she creates a formidable foe. One I particularly find interesting to battle every now and then.
AkimoriMizu: Anybody else remember this headcase? XD Found always on the outskirts, she would utilize genjutsu, and physical attacks in the zones for lethal combinations. She could always be seen giving people advice, or helping new members to the game. Including me, when I made my first account ever. She could have a caustic personality at times, and her aim with the M&M gun was legendary, but she was one of the few people in the game that one could enjoy being around for hours on end. Brutally honest as well.
Antheea: The dragon priestess! She was the first to afford the great Dragon race a character to play, and boy has she played them well. Giving them a face, emotions, and a name brought forth an interesting side to our Shinobi role-playing ideals. Playing quite the bit of NPC in her dragons, she holds great skill, and is quite the interesting person to Role-play with. One I particularly enjoy for her descriptive writing skill.
Ombre: Hey! The shadow man is back, no? I can't say much about Ombre, but mostly that he is a fun person to adventure with. I warn you though. If you are afraid of things that go bump in the night, Ombre is definitely the wrong friend for you. :shock:
Murciélago: Gasp, the car? No. It is the man. This ambitious young punk I have watched grow from a sapling, into a strong tree. Always looking out for possible Avernus to explore, he has the uncanny ability to see things from almost every angle. Headstrong, stubborn, and fast to make decisions, he is old enough to know better, but still young enough to do it anyway.
Fuyuriku: The wind blade master. This young Shinobi has seen more than his fair share of 'evil' and 'darkness' in the shinobi world. He is a witty being, and quite enjoys debates, particularly with me. That, and calling people bullies. Hypocritical if you ask me. But that's beside the point. He is a worth adversary in the zones, and constantly keeps you on your toes, both in and out. Think twice about what you say to this man, for you never know how it will be construed.
CrystalLiu: Fun fun. A past mentor, Liu-Sama is an interesting case. Always quick to judgments, she is not afraid to tell you what she thinks, and why she thinks it. A great zoner, she holds a lot of power, and strength. Furthermore, she has a mind and capacity to think normally unheard of in a lot of cases. Admirable, and deadly, she commands respect by being in the room. As a teacher, she can be harsh, but gentle, taking care of her students, as well as pushing them to their limits, and beyond.
Dart: Oh boy. Dart. Such a mysterious being. As quick to body slam you, and murder you as he is to talk, Dart, in all his incarnations, offers a fun aspect to the adventurous RP. He is always ready to advocate violence, as well as peace (at times) and will do whatever it takes to make sure he turns out the victor in any fight, on and off the zones. His skill is comparable to the best of the best, and he is always willing to Role-play something interesting.
Inoth, A doctor: A compassionate individual, he is always quick to help others, and teach them what they don't know. Not one for zoning, he prefers to use his skills in medical ninjutsu, and thus help the people that would otherwise obliterate each other. He can normally be seen with his nose in a book.
Greager: An individual few have heard of, Greager is a secretive man. He holds dear his children, and is always willing to help others. But what makes him so scary? His demonic aspect. You can never know what to expect from him, in simple conversation or in the zones. Hard to anger, Greager is normally an even temperamental being. However, should you force his hand, you had better watch out. His skill in certain aspects in unparalleled, and he is one of the few people I fear battling in the zones.
Nathan: A rather quirky individual, Nathan is one who is quick with comebacks, and witticisms. He is always willing to try and put a smile on another's face. Strong in the zones, he has a good skill, and is always on his toes, ready for a brawl.
Sabumaru: Old man? Others call me old, but have you seen this guy? However, looks can be deceptive. Sabumaru is strong, and always ready for a fight. Wielding unnatural strength, he is a formidable foe in the zones, and quite the interesting person to be around otherwise. Watch out though, Even though he is slow to anger, his anger can be dangerous. Especially considering his age permits him little time for grudges. So he takes care of things quickly.

Hmm... That is quite tough. Considering how many people I've met in my 'travels' over the past 4 years in the SL community.
I'd have to say the following:

Eric - Well, as he stated when he said I was one of his favorite users, he's been my Senpai since '08, and the second overall since Sensei, he was the first friend I actually made, and he is also one of the few who basically kicked me in the rear to start RPing seriously.
Kayenta - Ah, sensei. Always ready to greet me with some form of physical contact, be it a poke on the forehead or a thwack to the back of the head. She was one of the first few people who actively tried to stop my god-modding (but since I was so stubborn, it took TWO YEARS for it to cease entirely) and she's still actively helping me whenever we speak. (Even if she does hit me. *sniff*)
Silver - Well, Silver and I had a bit of a hatred for each other from 2008 to about earlier this year, but that's grown into something a friendly rivalry, he's one of the few people who openly helps me with my RP like the two listed above, and he also tells me not to push myself, quite often really.
Zojin - Zojin-san is another 'rival' of mine and also the person I credit for helping me get off my rear, and take my Jounin Exam. I find her intellect to be on par with my own, and am willing to openly state it IC (God don't make me openly state it IC...) not to mention her fighting style is pretty 'neat' as well.
Raijin - Raijin-sama is very interesting to me, he and I met in '08-'09 and I never really bothered with him until he became Kazekage and I moved to Suna. He's one of the people willing to call me out on my crap besides sensei. (This doesn't mean god-modding but rather arrogance, etc. etc.) and I can wholeheartedly respect him for that because it helps me grow as a person
Bocchiere - To be honest, I don't exactly like Bocchiere, but he has always provided a decent challenge, even if he's killed me once, and claimed to do so several times (though it has only been ONCE.) I dislike his OP-ness, but I do like his sense of bravado and immaturity every now and then.
Saki - Saki-dono. Well, she and I met just recently, and I suppose we don't know each other all that well, but she's very unique in my opinion because of the way she acts with valor and whatnot...
Chusaki - My second sensei, the man who originally taught me how to use my Suiton Chakra. Chusaki's been a good friend of mine since... I think '09... anyway, he's helped me through ups and downs, and he is quite funny as well. When I heard he came back (after leaving SL) first thing I did was challenge my old -senpai to a fight. It was very fun, and a good test of my skills, as fighting Chusaki always has been.
Shirosaki - Shiro was the person who helped me re-launch Getsu in the summer of 2011, he started off as just a subordinate of mine, but it was interesting to see him grow. He was my best friend, and it saddens me to think he has finally quit SL after a year. He surpassed me a long time ago, and I wish he was around now to see how much I've improved. He's also gnoe by Hakai and currently known as the Hero of Time.
As a bonus, I'd like to say myself from 2011 to now, because that's when I fully stopped godmodding, and
started being more detailed with my posts. Though I'm still pretty arrogant IC, that trait is slowly being corrected.

I am not one of them, but people who are literally bred to work and work and work and work... Basically, lazy not being in their nature. Like a devoted amish. Again, I'm not one of them, becuase it is easier to be lazy than to work.

I had been inactive for so long, a lot of players I admired stopped playing.
Raifudo, a brother, always there when I needed him, awesome role player.
DarkRasengan/Tetsujin also a cool guy, and a good clan leader, the fights against him were interesting.
Taumaster, he was like my sensei, he teached me how to properly role play, I was a weak beast xD
Zenaku, the current raikage haha also pretty strong, and good clan leader.
KBoogi was also awesome xD
Akkarin, was a cute girl, haha my very first friend in shinobi legends, but she stopped playing some time ago, I never managed to get out of the friendzone D;
Rinoa, also an awesome girl :D she always made me laugh xD also a good kunoichi
