Leveling speed has a lot to do about game knowledge and simply endurance, but having the best build makes it effortless.
By picking Byakugan instead of Sharingan, you've gimped yourself.

Don't have to make Byakugan a permanent buff, but it would be very welcomed even if it rids a "different" play style as it would instantly boost Hyuuga. If you go that route, you'd either increase the chakra cost of the Hyuuga jutsus or nerf jutsu damage.
But instead I suggest Kaiten's damage to be buffed so it's not useless at higher DKs unless Hyuugas are meant to rely on Rinnegan/Sage Mode.

Extra information:
I had picked Hachimon, but later found out that there was a Hyuuga/Kaguya exclusive jutsu, so I told Neji this and he added a Hyuuga/Hachimon exclusive jutsu.

Edit:
It's nice that Byakugan did get boosted to lasting 20 rounds from 10 rounds, but it has little effect for those who know how to properly use Byakugan/Kaiten.

Since Tobi is Obito, which Uchiha attacked Konoha with the Kyuubi?

Obito would have still been a teenager when that attack happened and Madara is confined to his cave if he isn't dead yet.

Can anyone explain this?

Snobby? Yes, I suppose it can be looked as that, can't it. But y'know what? I don't claim to have four KGs. I claim to have two, Sharingan and Shintou Seirei, because my other reborns are used for a custom one, something that alot of people in SL lack. Individuality.

I'm not ignorant enough to claim DKs are everything for roleplay. DKs don't even have anything to do with it as much as I hate to acknowledge it. But y'know what? I'd at least like to see something with a legit sharingan title before they claim to have eternal mangekyo like damn near everyone that has it in the first place claims to have it.

I would also describe it as being insultingly blunt.

You seem frustrated. My assumption.

That's good that you "limit" yourself. Most people wouldn't cause it makes them either less competitive or detracts from their "fantasy".
In your case, you're balancing both by sacrificing one for the other. Which is acceptable to me.
Hell, if Sharingan turns into Rinnegan, I could RP that I have Byakugan/Sharingan/Rinnegan, but I know that's absurd. I would just stick with Byakugan because I don't want Rinnegan in RP because I consider it OP. I wouldn't mind Sharingan as much if there weren't so many people using it and OPing themselves with Mangekyo Sharingan.

It's like when I think about Yu-Gi-Oh cards (LOL). There's standard rules and tournament rules. Certain cards are banned from tournament games because they are so Game Breaking that everyone would be using them. How boring would it be to face the same deck of cards again and again?

It's like when I think about Pokemon games (LOL). There are different "tiers" for Pokemon. Too make it more interesting, let's stay away from the Uber tier. Not that the Uber tier is bad, just that it has less variety of useful pokemon to use.

What I am trying to say I guess is everyone picks the same things to be the best, but that creates less "individuality".

Now Reimu, just because you rushed your way to "end game" doesn't mean you can be snobby to "90%" of the other players.

The PVE in this game is repeat the same 5-15 minute routine until bored or life comes up. It's monotonous.
Also having overpowered KGs makes it extreme easy mode.

Claiming 4 KGs (even if you DK for them) is more absurd than an Academy Student claiming to have a demon inside of them.
But I do support that people should RP around the relative strength of their character instead of using cheat powerups.
That puts DKing at a higher priority than RPing, which should be natural.

Bottom line, RP is "abstract" and not everyone will agree on everything.
That's why I prefer/participate in DKing (also cause I'm too lazy to read). It's more "concrete", but even then it is like a booby prize to me.

Would it be nice to have more GMs to help promote RP and make it look more "professional"? Yes, it would create a better mood.
Would this request be hard to fulfill? No, but I don't think there is dire need for it.
More than likely, this will be overlooked.

people have been complaining about the disparity between the two for years and it's always the same people complaining. quite honestly, this is why i did my research before picking a genkai that i might not like. it's all about your style of play. the byakugan offers great benefits that the sharingan doesn't but requires a bit more attention. the biggest difference lies for people that RP extensively.

I have Grand Masters of both Doujutsu. I would like to think I have a good idea of how both work.
No, I didn't buy the accounts. I leveled both from the ground up.

Both are pretty even up to 80 dks @ Grand Master Level (Uchiha > Hyuuga @ 2< Reborns, Hyuuga >= Uchiha @ 3> Reborns), but past 80 dks and that's where you'll find the gap between the two. That is where Byakugan needs a buff.

On topic: I don't think there is really much to say until Neji actually says his opinion on this.
I don't feel the need to go into further depth if Neji isn't going to bother with this.

I think you should be able to reborn into another KG and it'll erase the current one if they are the same type of KG.

For example, Master (3 reborn) Hyuuga wanted to switch to Uchiha.
Reach 80 DKs and select Uchiha as reborn and it'll erase ALL Hyuuga reborns because both are Doujutsu.
I don't think it should cost anything else (No not even DP) because you're already at a setback by trashing gained reborns.

Honestly, I wouldn't care about swapping reborns if there weren't certain techniques only available to certain KG combos.

Considering how many KGs are now available, I don't know how many secret combo techniques there could be and how useful or powerful they are in the forest.

Well, I would like an option to swap KGs because they are, for the most part, unknown unless you actually have a char with it or know someone willing to spill the beans, so people choose blindly.
I'd like to try a KG out and if I don't like it, I would like to trade it instead of having to give up on my character.

Even then, the power of the KG varies with the number of reborns, so giving up on a KG early can be detrimental.

Oh, I am also for just purely erasing KGs because not being able to control the Attack on your Weapon can be annoying.
If we take this route, then it can be DP cost related.

P.S.
IMO, the two best KGs are the Doujutsu by far as I can tell at the moment (Rinnegan and Sage Mode could be better). Even then, Uchiha is way Over-Powered compared to Hyuuga. Not that I want Sharingan, but rather peeved at the imbalance. >.>
Sharingan needs a nerf. =P
Or Byakugan needs a buff.
The rest of the KGs seem to act like filler, just saying.

If anything, Baluski is THE REASON sitters are powerful

It not a fixed level if I believe, it's to stop say a sitter that's a Genin from getting thousands of HP points.
I assume there is a formula that says how much the max HP a certain user should have at x Orokills, and level y.

Yup, I'm pretty sure that's how Baluski works.

baluski is a balancer for excessive hp

Yes and should remain that way.
