There are some things I'd question (some probably could be guessed), but you're an okay moderator.

Well, my "E" for effort was a joke about how often you are on.
As for a "real" grade, I would probably give you a solid 'B', but that stems from things when you were first a mod . . . so it is a cumulative grade, and not indicative of recent opinions.
As for your solicitation of a grade on your one year anniversary, I think that is great.
But along with grading come effective feedback. Those that gave you an "F" and then didn't leave a comment explaining why . . . what purpose does that serve? Or perhaps they gave you feedback via a more private channel.

Well, it seems to me you want to be able to dish out what you can't take. The fighting zones is for fighthing - <Doki> & <Neo> are rivals, talk to your leader if you don't believe this - but it is all in fun silly!
If there isn't anything else, I'll just make sure to go the other way when I see you around since you are so "sensitive" regarding what everyone else seems humorous. ;)
