So relieved we weren't trolled into whole Karin thing. Fits with the chapter too, family goes deeper than just genes. Or I could be wrong and it turns out either the machine is broken, or Karin's desk really is "apart" of her, fudging the results.

Orrr Suigetsu took out a sample of Sasuke stead of Karin from the desk instead, and the 'match' was with him stead of her. Would be just like that derp to mess it up, and just like Karin to keep bits of Sasuke lying around.

Uho. I see some of Sasuke's "react violently to bad news" genes got passed down. I may not be able to understand because who my parents are has never been in debate, but is it really that traumatic to find out that the woman who has been caring for you all your life isn't your mother, but still worth saving? Like, what in the world?
Even if Suigetsu did mess it up, I'm a little startled at Sarada's reaction. So what if she is not your mother, was still was a caretaker of sorts.

This bastard still aint got nuthing on our boy Madara. Not even Kishimoto could kill Madara off without adding in the prima donna of all kunoichi and a Zetzu backstab less than a third of the fanbase saw coming.

The Boruto movie's supposed to have a different plot from the manga. So I wonder who the bad guy from the movie will be compared to the bad guy in the recent chapters. No way Shin is the big-bad.

That's Mitsuki. No one knows where he's from or who his parents are, but he seems to be the third member of the new 'Team 7'. I think in the first one when he was introduced, he was sent from another village to train in Konoha. Some people think it's Sai's kid. Others think it's from the girl Kakashi fell in love with during one of the novels. It's a mystery!

I'm just saying. What if Oro killed Karin and is using her body for his immortality technique? Like, Uzumaki body sure as hell would hold up longer than anything else. Plus it's a female body now, and Karin just so happens to be at another base wen Sarada shows up. Would make for an interesting plot point.

That would be so messed up...but a good plot point nonetheless. However Orochimaru and crew looked like they have mellowed out. Not "I'm a good guy now" kind of change, but a "You know what? Confrontation just isn't worth it anymore."

Never trust Orochimaru home slice >.> Ever. Taka prolly have no clue the nefarious things that happens to them while they sleep.

I wonder Suigetsu is color-blind, because it can be pretty hard to screw up not being able to tell the difference between black and red hair. But I guess the authors of the spin-off might not have thought about that. It's pretty hard to tell when everything is in black and white.

Well, it can just be a single strand of hair is harder to determine than a lock of it. I dunno. This whole story is stupid so I can't imagine them not flipping up elsewhere.
Also: Same color in the manga because shades. Soooo, in the anime it'd be harder to explain. Maybe they can pass it off as Karin dyed it as to not look more of a creeper.

It's actually not hair at all. In Japan, it's a cultural thing to keep the baby's umbilical cord in a small box as a memento. So that is supposed to be Karin's umbilical cord, if it even is Karin's.
Just a fun fact for you guys who haven't been to Japan.
