i was wondering is this jutsu supposed to lower your attack?

 :twisted: it's the hardest defense, is it? Has therefore little to do with powering up your attack...

but lowering it? i ended up with 15 less attack

if you concentrate on defense, you neglect offense.  :twisted:

EVIL so im going to lock this up
