Hey, I am new and maybe I missed it in the FAQ but I was wondering when can I learn new ninjutsu moves and such.

Well then, if that's the case Kakashi, that's when you have to level up. Psst, leveling up is FREE.

Actually there's another way besides leveling up and the method Kakashi mentioned... But that's a secret :) .

I think I know what you're talking about but doesn't that still require lvling up?

you know that post that replied mine was kinda rude=P im not a idiot i know their lvling i was just making the point if your just starting out dont expect to get it any other way other then leveling
