I feel like this goes against what we are trying to do right now. I don't like the idea of banning jutsu because they are strong. I'd be happy to work with anyone on any jutsu to help think of rules to make them more fair.

That's where the issue comes in. Some people don't want to have restrictions put on a jutsu they use. Seeing as how making rules for a jutsu takes damn near forever. (Example Edo) Banning would be easier.

Title says it all. Going to keep this simple and sweet. A list of banned techs in order to make rp more 'fair'.

If any of you think that people who agree with this are trying to be God then you're right. Someone has to do about this OP rp that everyone is complaining about.

From what I recall on the situation, no he did not change the password on the account because there was a third party involved in charge of leveling the account.

I'm sure that was stated earlier too,right?

So the guy who was in current possession of the account told the leveler he was selling it or whatnot? How else would he know?

Impure Resurrection (Edo Tensei)

Flying Thunder God (Hiraishin)

Specific, unduplicatable items (Seven Ninja Swordsmen Swords, Yatara Mirror, Grass Cutter [Kusangi] blades, etc.)

Lightning Release Armour (Raiton no Yoroi)

Dead Soul Consuming Seal (Shikifuijin or whatever)

Body Recreation (The anime-only technique)

Corpse Reanimation or Manipulation (3-tails arc in the anime, Kabuto used it to control some dude)

Soul control techniques (like Dan's technique or even Oro's body sub technique)

'Unduplicatable' items are already under control. No one claims to have them. Seven Ninja Swords all are under Kiri's possession. No one disagrees with that. Kusanagi belongs to Tsuyo. No one disagrees with that. I don't think weapons need to be on a list due to people not arguing over who has what.

Every jutsu can't be available to everyone, that'd be...weird. Look people claim jutsus either because they're greedy bastards or they think that if the common rp'ers had it. It would be used for 'evil'. If 200 people had zombies running around then...ya know. It just doesn't work that way.

I claim snakes even though Kayenta says she has the contract. Why? Not to disrespect her, but I'm just wondering how someone expects to have 'claimed' the thousands of other snakes. It just doesn't work that way.

My thought on claimed items; If you claim something you should be made to defend it if someone else wants it. If not then give it to them.
