Rinne-sharingan is the specific red one with lot of tomoe on multiple rings, always just the one eye and on forehead, no way to get that besides hosting 10 tails. Sasuke's version has less tomoe and in just 2 rings, regular purple rinne color, has no official name besides just rinne I believe. Some fans call it "Sharinnegan" though.

I don't either, because the whole reincarnation business is just an excuse for people to powergame and claim they are unsurpassably faster/stronger/etc than others.

Misumi's thing in turn is more or less same concept as Sasuke's, both abilities in same eye at once, not Rinne-Sharingan cause that's 10 tails host only. I would know, I made the thing and helped her get it lol, Warren has it too.

10, pretty much no matter your HP. 3-5 times your stats, depending on mount, but you might just get one-shotted.

CS2 doesn't always take perma hp, you just had a garbage roll. Only by spamming it a million times in same game day will it start taking it guaranteed.

Or you could just skip the whole numbering thing because as you said, outside of like 1 or max 2 of the already extremely meager 'competitive' people all void tenseigan anyway, and outside of them nobody really gives a flying frack about what multipliers things have, so there's no point plastering further rules and limits and regulations yada yada over it than I already gave it.

Just apply the same thing every Rusaku's opponent has so far. The less OP stuff of yours he doesn't void, the closer to canon equivalent he can use. He voids a lot, most he gets is sage equivalent. Voids little to nothing, sage-enhanced kyuubi cloak.

As for talking with her, good idea, at least when both of you are on the proper mindset and stuff. There's no point trying to force it cause that's just asking for drama to happen, but overall a conversation should still be able to be had if necessary, cause lets be real how are you gonna live with the girl if things can't be discussed?

Jiraya tho I'm not sure about. Both have the option to peek, no auto molesting, so its not like you don't have the option to avoid it. Guys can also get beaten to an inch away from death. I have this odd recollection a certain secret thing regarding him might be easier for females, but I've never been able to verify it, at least not yet.

Money as money serves no purpose, correct. Turn it into a plot item with some semblance of IC worth though, and it can have its uses. One of my guys for example got dragged into the brawl with edo Kirk when he went to pay Kite for a mission he had earlier delivered to Konoha.

No, should just be if you izanagi then you say goodbye to that eye, regardless of whether its sharingan, rinnegan or you have chakra of the king of the universe, and evolution to rinnegan will only bring it back that one time when you initially gain it, iza again and the eyes gone for good.
