...it doesn't seem to work now that it's 2011. >>

Clicking on it brings up an error message.

I confirmed this as well.

Error message is "Invalid year value"

Bleh, I'll just drop this here.

The new forum is acting buggy sometimes. The permanent-login option now longer works, so I have to log in each time I come. But that's just a little complaint of mine; no biggie. However, I also get logged out while actively doing stuff on the forum, as well. I went to post something a few minutes ago and when I clicked "post" it said "error, you can't do that because you're logged out" and I was brought back to the login screen.

This logout occured about two minutes after my first login, too, so it's not like I timed out or anything.

sounds more like you have a cookie cleaner active - to me O.o
