Title: Clan Options

I am the Leader of my clan <war> but I dont see the option to set the Dk limit and to give authority to members. I heard that some of the clan options was taken down along with the clan fountain and I was wondering whether those were the clan options mentioned. If not, can someone give me the permission to those clan options ?

it was removed quite some time ago due to certain bugs in the system...
