If Neji does not object, I would allow for members to send us a petition for one of us to change it (without abusing it of course).
Or, Neji can create an addition, which might take some work.

Would have to put an x or something next to a particular clan name to indicate it's been changed once already. The petition would probably be the easiest to handle, but I'm sure Neji will want to put a cost of DP or in-game gems/gold on it. If he chooses to implement it at all.

As you can see from the post there are quite a few of the main clans that have had to substitute an obscure ō (macron) from previous duplicate clans that still had members in them

Since we can already change KG, Names, and so on I was wondering if the same could be done for clans.

He's fighting a Hidan so those things don't apply.

From the wikia with highlighted parts. There's 8 organs that produce chakra. See: The 8 Gates.
However I do believe the heart produces at least 90% of all chakra. Emphasis has been shown in the show on how important the heart is. 8th gate is there, Sasori still needed his heart, Kakuzu needed one, and so on. Seems very important to have.

I'm in the section where, without a heart, immortal or not, you'll eventually run out of chakra. Dying isn't part of that as Hidan is truly immortal. Unless you want to cut him up and wait 100 years for his body to decay from lack of nutrition.

We don't need to quantify everything on SL. As long as it's not the mainstream meta then I say leave it be. Not many people actually use these energies enough for us to have to impose guidelines about it.

If you rp with someone who uses these powers then it's up to you and them to decide the limit of their abilities and if you don't agree then you don't rp. Simple as that.

Last time Raifooldough saw it was around March, 25th on Butterscotch.

I just spent all my turns on the last 2 gamedays I was on and never encountered her once. (And I run through a couple hundred turns before they all run out)

Looked at other people's bios and they don't show any signs of having had run into her either and from experience when power leveling...you usually do run into her a few times, sometimes multiple in one DK.


So with all that now taken into account; it may be bugged.

The limit of power you give an NPC corresponds directly with whom you play with. So direct it towards what you think their play-styles are.

Base rule is just a well rounded NPC who isn't too powerful or overly weak.

Don't make them a Goku, but don't make them a Hercule either. I feel Piccolo would be a nice medium overall.

Making an old character into an NPC depends on the character....as you know most people's characters are Madara level and if you just pool them into the NPC role it would counter-dict what I just said. You can make any character you want an NPC, but you usually will have to nerf them if you intend to have a good RP with others.
