Or in this case we need to split deeper.

Some people are saying that there are no bijuu rules and so they can be on the list and never defend the bijuu. Now rather than argue about that I think we should just say, sure, there are no rules, do whatever you want.

Since the bijuu were voided there is no need to have an "official" bijuu list. We should have 2 lists instead. We can have a "Competitive rp" list for the people who want to do the bijuu challenges and such and the "Casual rp" list for the people who do not want to.

Literally have 18 Jinchuriki. I suppose they could decide if they ever want to acknowledge each other.

Competitive would use the same rules we have now and/or the ones we might eventually make. I don't know if the Casual one would even need rules.

We've got two hosts for 3 of the bijuu already so I say let's just cut out the middle man and go all the way.

Spam / Jojo Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable Anime Confirmed

If you're a Jojo nut like me you probably already know this but part 4, my personal favorite, has been confirmed to finally be getting an anime adaptation.

That's all we know right now but more details, hopefully the date of the debut, are going to be coming later this month on the 19th.

If anyone watched Part 3 Stardust Crusaders then part 4 is the opposite of that. Where 3 was a grandiose trip around the world part 4 takes place entirely in a small japanese town. It almost has a slice of life feel to it and I felt it was the perfect way to follow up the larger than life Part 3. It also still has my favorite main villain to date, yes, I like him even more than DIO.

I cannot wait to see Duwang in all its poorly translated glory.

I've always wondered how this worked.

Like, if two people have Lava Release and each use Lava Release Chakra Mode and start boxing are they totally unaffected by their own lava being draped across them but also get burned by their opponents lava? Or do you just have a general resistance to heat?

Bijuu Arena / The IC Hunt

I feel like this is one of the biggest parts of the rules that need to be worked on and so I am making a separate topic for it.

I think they are so open to abuse and misuse because the current rules weren't meant for IC hunts. We had IC hunt bijuu rules before. They were dropped because they failed, quite impressively I might add. IC for these rules was just supposed to refer to an IC 1v1 to the death (usually).

So really we need to make rules for this aspect from the ground up. Like Kay did these are some of the outlines I think we need to fill.

What is expected of the host in an IC hunt? What is and is not acceptable? How far can they go with hiding and concealing their presence?

What is expect of the hunter in an IC hunt? Should it be possible for a single person with Byakugan or Mind's Eye to track down a bijuu or should it be expected that you need a party of people and a sizable commitment of time to track the person down?

Bijuu Arena / Can Someone Explain the Bijuu Vote Tie-Breaker Situation

OK. I missed the vote by a little bit so I do not get what happened.

Some people are saying it was a tie, some people are saying voiding won. I can look at the results of the poll still and see it's a tie, so why are some people saying voiding won?

Did someone change their vote after the poll was over? Did someone who missed the deadline add their vote after the poll was over? If it's the latter I should be able to add my vote too since I only missed it by a day or two, and that would tie it up again since I'd vote for Amend.

Regardless either of those seem not cool unless they were prescribed conditions at the start of the poll. Sometimes ties happen. Letting people change their vote after casting it just means we're letting peer pressure or someone going, "Tired of discussing this lets just break the tie by changing my vote." decide the winner, in which case we shouldn't have had the poll at all.

Spam / Friday the 13th Game

Just wanted to throw this out there for any other horror fans here.

I heard about this game about a year ago, but this just came up recently. The video on the page can describe it better than me but they are going to make what should be an actual good Friday the 13th game. Asymmetric multiplayer having Jason vs people as counselors, which is literally just playing the movie, which is what I wanted.

Not only that but they have a ton of people from the movies on board as well like Sean Cunningham, the original director and Kane Hodder doing mo-cap work, the stuntman who played Jason in parts 7-10.

Crossing my fingers that it will be awesome, the fact that is not technically a movie game insofar as promoting a particular new film gives me hope, and they seem to have all the pieces to put together into a great game.

Bijuu Arena / Further Questions: New Rules vs No Rules

I asked Deathstroke to post a topic for me while I was at work (so I could have some responses when I got home) but it got deleted somehow. So ok.

I want to ask about how this division between people making new rules for the bijuu or not following any rules is going to work.

I still don't really understand Warren at all since what he's doing seems to be just voiding the rules since he still wants Shukaku, and that option was not even close to winning.  Also Warren you were an IC member of Akatsuki I know you're the host of Shukaku <<

So if that is how it is going to work, with Warren and others who want to do whatever not accepting challenges any more, are the people who are rewriting the rules going to have new hosts appointed?

I would think we could just let anyone who wants to ride off into the sunset and do whatever with their beast and then we would have our own set of 9 all held by people who want to be part of the challenge system.

Also, are bijuu challenges just on hold right now or do the lines between Camp Rules and Camp No Rules just need to be more clearly drawn?  Because right now I know that I have no idea what if any rules are in play.

Bijuu Arena / Challenge to Warren for Shukaku

I decided to post this here after being informed how challenging Warren for his bijuu tends to go.

My explanation as to why I would be able to hunt him down is that I read the mind of a former host of Shukaku (Yukio) and know the beast's chakra signature. That combined with my Telescope Technique http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Telescope_Technique and the mastery of the 4 Tails and the connection the bijuu share should allow me to eventually corner Warren.

I suppose I'll wait and see if Warren accepts this explanation and my challenge before continuing any further.
