Rules on limiting Bijuu ownership as discussed in the link below. Please vote Yay or Nay.

1) The maximum number of Bijuu a player is allowed to capture and hold onto is no more than 3.
2) When planning an event which involves gathering/capturing a number of Bijuu beyond what is allowed, please discuss it with a Gamemaster and make an official thread on the forum to inform others sbout it, so that they may participate. The event must be carried out within two weeks after the thread is made.

He meant he didn't like the (2) option that allows for bijū hoarding to occur with a GM approval.
I reject until that gets removed from the list.
If we are going to create a limit, then it needs to remain a limit. No extenuating circumstances to allow hoarding.

Ah, I misunderstood that sentence. So, to everyone who has voted "Yes" are there any of you who oppose removal of;

I'll remove it, if a majority (>50%) of voters feel that it should be removed. Once removed, it will not be added back nor be proposed again.
6 out of 11 of the voters are requesting the removal of rule #2.

I'll vote yes, even though I think it should be two instead of three.

Well, 3 is like the maximum number of Bijuu a player can summon onto the field without instantly dying in the next turn due to chakra exhaustion, so I think it's reasonable.

The results would normally be tallied and posted, usually by the vote creator, and then if necessary the rules and rules "changelog" are updated.
