Basically, everything that can be done with 'technology' is already done by chakra or already presented in a way within the anime/manga. So people who are using 'technology' as a basis to their characters/inventions/jutsu, are just painting something that already exists a different color.
And people seem to forget that Naruto does have guns in it. Or at least, Kiri does.

Basically, the way I look at it. Just RP with anyone and everyone. If you have an issue with anything they have/do, question them. Just send them a friendly PM saying, "Hey, I don't understand *thing*, could you explain why/how your character has it?" Or something like that. Just don't be nasty to each other like some players tend to be.
Did you just look up guns in Naruto or something? Because I cannot even wrap my head around how you saw that minute detail, and remembered it for this thread after it being 14+ years since that chapter was released.
I'm also pretty sure Kishimoto said that guns have no place in the Naruto world, although I was thinking of implementing a chakra gun. >> Cool idea right. I know, I'm genius.

I agree with Trev. I don't really care who has the jutsu, what doesn't sit well with me is how easily the jutsu is coming to be obtained.
I actually take an engineering class at my school so I know how the whole thing works. Science and math. Tons of it..
Back to the point, whoever has the technique now is irrelevant to me. I just want it to be so that a ton of people do not have it at some point that it loses its worth, kind of like sharingan.. Although it is probably too late.

If you can learn a technique like Hiraishin by just "reverse engineering" it then it loses it's recognition as a lethal technique and becomes equal to the bunshin jutsu, a technique that is only effective if you know how to use it.
If this is being accepted then Hiraishin is as good as mine, not that I want it.
Reverse engineering isn't even simple enough for this to be possible since each Hiraishin user has their own seal, from my understanding, making it almost impossible to decipher the technique unless you are the person himself. Also it isn't a machine where you can take it apart and figure it out. It is a sealing formula which could just be something the user made from the top of his head and can't be found in any scrolls.
So Shadow( or Madara >>) would be right in not understanding how it works because no one is giving a good enough reason for how reverse engineering the technique is a valid option. Anyone up for reverse engineering Edo Tensei?
Every technique is limited by the experience and expertise of the user. Even hiraishin.
Minato and Tobirama both have two very district sealing formulas, giving enough reason to assume that each user is capable of wielding their own seal.
And you can't teleport to another user's seal unless you have linked yourself with them.

Isn't it just that Minato learned it from a scroll, I mean Naruto learned a Kinjustu from a scroll so it wouldn't be surprising if Minato did the same with Hiraishin. The same question could also be asked about how Orochimaru learned Edo Tensei, unless this was already stated.

« on: January 28, 2015, 11:55:23 PM »Assuming Isaribi uses the the Three Tails for him to pick up on its chakra.To have that much insight he would probably need to train a lot and then maybe need senjutsu to sense the bijuu. The odds of him even finding Isa within the village would be slim unless he was Madara. The Byakugan has more insight then the Sharingan but it doesn't let you sense chakra. You might be able to see something different about someone's chakra but for all you know they may be under a genjustu. Also there is not only the jinchuriki within the village, you would have to find all the odd looking chakra's and verify them.

You are asking for proof of a negative, you know. The proof of burden is on him being active rather than him being inactive. Reason being that it's much much harder, if not impossible to prove something HASN'T happened.

So instead of showing him being NOT active, the proof is in showing him NOT being active, which I for one think the amount of testimony is proof enough of that. But keep pressing if you don't believe so, just keep it in line.
Thank you Rusaku. I haven't said anything bad about you but you seem to make it necessary to do so about me. We can talk about intelligence but that wouldn't matter since I've been giving logical reasoning as to why I am supporting Isa. I don't favor him if that is what you're thinking. If it ends up that he is stripped then it wouldn't matter to me. I just happened to see a topic in which I happened to disagree with the opposing side. Once again thanks.
I've already stated several times as to why I disagree. I'm not going to join the bandwagon and say hey let's strip Isa.

I just can't remove this grin from my face, because the lack of evidence is so low we're just going to go with assumptions. Nothing against you guys but I don't believe anything you're are putting out here. Its almost hard to take someone's word when they appear biased..

I haven't had the patience to look through the earlier pages of the topic. If you have the time to accuse people of something, would I be wrong in thinking that one should have the necessary evidence before doing so. I'm taking this serious, I'm not sure if you are though.

20 days? Can someone give me a link to the bijuu rules. This doesn't really prove anything, I don't get on much and only because of school, I have exams this week and so studying would be my priority. Anyways back to the topic, everyone has reasons for not being on. If you can show me more of these pics and be sure to have information on when these pics were taken so they can actually be more believable because to tell you the truth I'm not convinced at all. The only thing that has seemed to grow is my assumption in that you're trolling.
