What I don't get is why people with the mangekyo sharingan kill other people for theirs so they get the eternal.
Why not go and say you give me your eyes I'll give you mine.
Then there is no killing involved.

Village Square / Naruto storm 3 Kawarami rules.

How about we use Naruto ninja storm 3 full burst Kawarami rules.
Each player may use 3 Kawarami then have to wait let's say six turns to recharge 2 Kawarami.

I don't want this but with all the newbies that use Kawarami.

I hate having to explain why we can't use Kawarami.

This is kinda like clan coffers but also isn't.
I searched the clan coffers ideas.
The purpose of this one would be to pay clan members with gold for missions that they complete.

Only two people would be only to access it and that's the 30 title and the founder and they will be able to transfer the gold to the members.
In my opinion it'll make the rp lots more active for genin and academy students and whomever else wants to do it.
Because they need gold, everybody knows that I think.
Also doing missions for literally nothing isn't worth while for some people.(Not saying I'm one)

So yeah just an idea to get more rp.

Why not have different masters in other village unlike leaf shinobi like:
Kiri:
(This is just a few names)
Chojuro.
Mei Terumi
Ao.
Zabuza.
Haku.
and some other people from the series.

Suna:
Temari.
Baku.
Kankuro.
Gaara.
and some other people from the series.

Kumo:
Ay.
Darui.
Killer Bee.

and some other people from the series.

The last master should be the kages.
