This was in the forest, chipmunk had same light coloring as the kitty shop, but I havent been in the forest in over a month X>X, is this new?

Well if you look when you choose the jutsu, it say somthing spent your days playing with whatever or somthing like that, so you did train, there for the jutsus wont fail
