Why not set up a competition of sorts then? A tourney that anyone can join as long as your from the participating villages at least. That would spark a rivalry between the Villages and keep everyone in good standings since we can use the tourney for the Kages to meet and speak with each other. It's like the chunnin exams but better since you don't have to be a genin for that. Like the top three can get items or techs that are harder than normal to get, that they can't teach of course cause some of the techs given out could be op or something you know right. But that is just my idea and I don't know how hard it will be to get it all started and such, but if you all want I can work on that. Organize it and all sounds fun to me.

Wait so I can make a sword but instead of being sheathed in a sake jar its sheathed into a Kool-Aid jug and when it pierces you it turns your skin red with the uncontrollable urge to scream Oh-Yea!?
Make the uncontrollablle urge a also prevent fighting ability altogether and I think you got something there.
Get rekt by an Ototon user who's screaming "oh yeah" is enough to make you putty.

Its not a dumb question really. Justto be clear though, it doesnt shoot the jutsu back out, it simply negates it. Its Uchiha Return without the return to sender part.
Appreciate it~ Kinda makes me now wonder about other things like custom susano'o weapons that could count as fan made artifacts which were intriguing enough to be passed from one person to another/couldn't be claimed by others but was kewl enough for others to want it ... now that would be an interesting tale
Character backgrounds and family stuff is always cool to do but where most people go wrong with stuff like that is that they make the artifacts on par, or even greater, than the canon stuff that we were provided with.
Like, if you wanted to make a shield like the Yata Mirror, it just can't be the same thing under a different name >> Or something similar. Or the Sword of Totsuka, shouldn't be anything like it or similar.
At least, that's my opinion.

Mmm since the rule was changed only a couple of days ago I would like to say that instead of jumping Athos about not changing it he should be given a week to make the changes. Its fair on case he forgets or if he was not paying attention to the rule change vote and such. So if he has not changed them by then he would get his warning and then a punishment.

Mmm if he made the challenge then he should of kept up with them, I say put him on a three month cool down. If he has a problem with it he should make a case I would say.
