I vote we cut of Athos head and see how long he lives but right before death, we reward him with lifetime supply of pizza and give him a loli's body.

Dunno, Athos is continuing moving against Jay without a heart, regeneration, 7 gates, & claiming the missing organ to not even be a nuisance for the time being.

Due to the fact Hiden stabbed his own heart in the curse with Asuma Sarutobi with no complaints beyond it hurting like a bish, hard to specifically deny movement though I do think no heart as well as a few other organs would mean decreased chakra output and 7th Gate's overall potential

I'm with Shadow in the idea that the Heart being killed off would weaken one considerably in their ability to produce chakra. It alone wouldn't be grounds for no chakra, but techniques which say have so and so strength would be reduced in power considerably, or have a 'double' cost in proportion to over all chakra reserves.

It might be poor sport to role-play like no heart equals nothing's wrong but there are likely ways to get around it if you're creative and still keep things fair/interesting.

Note to self, create energy which runs on pizza to conquer SL.

Chakra came from the God Tree's fruit. God Tree itself was said to contain an immense amount of natural energy and only Senjutsu attacks could harm it.

I personally wouldn't mind just saying the alternate source of energy unless specified otherwise as  Becquerel said is equal to normal chakra in terms of power and elemental affinity. Like say you use a lightning demon blast, wind chakra would still be able to deflect it if both techs were of reasonable equal strength.

Gyururu and I kinda had this discussion when she was thinking up her Fox Magic fire which would of used a demon fox's energy to create the fire. What happens when it comes up against Amaterasu?

Even if ultimately no guidelines or regulations are deemed desired by the community, I still suggest those who dab in these alternate sources consider the scenarios of such. If your demonic energy fire is going to surpass Amaterasu and say engulf it like Amaterasu can do to normal Fire Release, how does it do it? Does it require more of the demonic energy to be used than is currently in the Amaterasu's flames to do such in your classic energy tug-a-war kamehameha versus kamehameha deal? Does it have some special property which attempts to weaken other energies for some reason?

Consider those things ahead of time~

I prefer things streamlined in some way. What if an argument happens in a tailed beast match where such an energy is allowed and said person does quite well with it but the person using chakra starts an argument as to why their energy shouldn't have this effect on their attack?

I think a few guidelines could help against such. Not enough to make people feel restricted creatively, but enough to give people an idea what they're working with. If nothing else, this thread might encourage those who have said claims to define their mechanics more so which could prove an interesting read.

Natural, Demonic, Gelel, etc.

How should alternate energy sources on their own be treated in Role-Play within Shinobi Legends? What do you think Natural energy on its own be capable of, what limits/guide lines should it possess? What about Demonic Energy? Will you argue one fan-made demon's energy is more powerful than another's? Or should they all have a sorta 'base level'?

Mind you, some people use demonic energy to mix into their chakra as an alternate Sage Mode to give it the 3rd energy mixture to achieve the same feats (Personally I find this interesting). But what about those energies on their own?

I ask as to start a discussion and to hopefully come with some guidelines our Role-Players can follow which the majority of people here can agree to without those who use them feeling restricted while simultaneously preventing some of the abuse we might see with these ill defined sources for techniques. Are they as powerful as normal chakra, more superior? What happens when a pure natural or demonic energy attack comes into contact with a chakra based jutsu?

Let us discuss and elaborate in this thread, all are encouraged to give their thoughts.

That's so strange. I used to see her all the time but in my past reset, not one instance of her popping.

After reaching my final reset and having killed Orochimaru 51+ times, I have not seen the Bride of Baluski event not even once. Is this bugged or am I just very unfortunate?

Yes, I see this as a stable template we can work with then tweak if/when issues arise.

Good work on getting this put together~

That indeed might be a bit much. Perhaps the normal 3 actions for summoner & summon combined, check the previous discussion. Threads

As much as Tomi is seal happy, to suppress an active tailed beast with the methods available to him still will drain a good portion of his chakra, due to the extensive amounts such techniques employ/a summoner isn't going to just let Tomi attempt his tailed beast suppression methods unmolested.

Over all, I find it fair. Especially when 25% of your chakra gets drained to summon a large entity that has as much, if not more firepower and strength than you personally would. Tomi has to go full Susano'o or waste a good portion of his own chakra to summon a large entity or use large scale, chakra taxing techniques (depending on who is role-playing the tailed beast) which still might take heavy damage and ultimately become unusable to him to attempt to take on a freed tailed beast directly for example. Sacrificing 1/4th of your chakra is more than fair to put up such a powerful ally I think.
