Title: Character seems to be stuck in time

I log on my character and i am in the land of shades and my clock is stuck at 6 hours and 48 mins when i was on my alt the clock was at 45 mins. I cant go to the graveyard or come back to life (I died in the last game day). Also I have tried refresh but it deos not work anyone know what happened?
