Athos had been preparing for this fight for as long as he could recall, which make his heart beat even faster. The man would take a deep breath, filling his air with lungs, before exhaling slowly. He stood on the edge of a cliff, that didn't have far enough of a drop to be called deadly for even an average Shinobi. The lightning ahead crackled loudly and thundered echoed over the empty terrain. The rain was coming down in a light drizzle though, despite the sound of the actual storm.
Athos stood at six feet and seven inches tall, towering over most men. He wore his battle attire, description on his wikia, as he looked over the battlefield. His chakra was like two bijuu in one body and he waitied patiently for his opponent.

A white figure made his way to the designated area, the fierce wind whipping around him as he made his way through the rain the excitement evident on his face as he thought of the upcoming battle.
His attire consisting of a snow white clock,a long sleeved white shirt and matching gi pants, his long white hair currently up in a pony tail, His black dragon tattoo scaling down from his neck and into the folds of his shirt.
Murci reached the top of the cliff and looked at Athos " I've come to rid you of that abomination"

Athos stood with his back towards the man as he spoke before shaking his head, slowly turning to face the man,"I'm sorry, I can't let you do that. Sai-kun is my friend." Taking a deep breath he'd take a deep breath before, suddenly, pressure came from Athos. He already would have released the first gate of Eight, letting him use all 100% of his body's strength and speed, which was a lot.
So he would come to close the distance between the two men and aimed to drive his knee into Murci's stomach, with enough force to send the man back and upwards into the air.

Feeling the pressure coming from Athos he quickly reinforced the bones in his hands as he saw him shoot forward, His eyes use to high speed movement tracked him as his fist came close to striking him in the stomach moving quickly he blocks the blow and quickly shoots high into the air allowing the force to carry him.
Forming a platform of wind underneath his feet he quickly flipped in mid air and stood up looking downwards at Athos, His right hand quickly forming into the horse seal as he took a deep breath and concentrated a deep amount of chakra into his lungs Fire Release: Great Fire Destruction a massive stream of intense flames would leave his lips and shoot downwards a veritable sea of flames intent on incinerating his opponent.

Athos would let out a growl as he saw the man take backwards but not because his blow was successful. So, as the stream of fires started to pour out of Murci's mouth, Athos would bend his knees and follow suit. He would throw himself upwards, coming to divebomb through the fire as though it was nothing, thanks to his Strongest Shield.
He would explode out the other side of the flails seemingly unharmed, though he would have lost his shirt and most of his pants, leaving him in the shorts version of the black pants. The chiseled, tanned, and stunning body of Athos was exposed and he moved to spin in the air, aiming to bring his right heel towards Murci's rib cage, aiming to carry him on the motion and send him flying back towards the ground and damaging the ribs he struck.

Seeing him breakthrough the fire he quickly stopped and pushed off the wind platform underneath him causing him to shot off sideways before Athos's kick hit him. Taking a deep breath again wind chakra quickly flowed through his lungs as he brought his head forward Wind Style: Great Breakthrough Unleashing a great wave of wind he planned on causing blunt trauma to him to send him flying sideways and off the cliff.

The man would have been mid-air and found it impossible to properly avoid Murci's attack, so it'd strike him with it's full blunt force and he'd find himself getting thrown off the side of the cliff and send tumbling down the side. He'd find himself ending on his back, looking up at the cliff he had just been thrown from.
Athos turned quickly, giving a growl as his fingers dug into the earth and in a single swing, he moved to pull it from the ground and throw it towards Murci, hoping to send the piece of earth, which was about the size of a car, slamming against the man.

Watching him fall down the cliff he began to focus Black Chakra into his finger as he focused on him, Watching Athos turn around and begin to pick up the ground caused his eyes to widen as he quickly ejected a stream of wind chakra from his feet and pushed off the platform sending him flying upwards and dodging the car size boulder as it had to travel up past the cliff and into the air.
Watching it fly past him he whistled at the size before he looked back down and pointed his finger at Athos "Get Ready" He focused at his chest " Death" A black beam of black chakra erupting outwards and shooting downwards the point of the attack to pierce and kill. It's small and concentrated size made to increase it's piercing power.

"Well, shit." The man would say as he saw the attack being prepared after he threw the large piece of earth at the man. Athos threw himself to the side, bringing his index and middle fingers up to his forehead. The black beam of chakra barely missed Athos, and rust colored chakra had built up on his fingers.
So as he had rolled to the side, he'd be on one knee and move to throw his arms outwards, releasing the chakra he had built up in a chakra beam that had the same piercing potential as Murci's attack but it aimed to crash into Murci's stomach!

Quickly moved to the side via wind platform but moved a second to slow as it grazed his side. Cursing quietly he looked down at Athos and snarled " You would dare." Black Chakra would explode outward from his person in reaction to his anger as it wrapped itself around him, the contrast of his image fading as the white from his outfit and black chakra fazed in and out from each other.
Standing there his eyes slowly begin to change as his scleras slowly began to bleed into black from their white original color and his irises slowly went from green to red, his Burakku Saito Devil eyes coming into effect.
Slamming his hands together his chakra would flare itself even higher. His white hair untying itself from the force as he begins to separate his hands at the whisper of his attack "Black Lance" black chakra focusing and converging into the form of a lance as his hands continue to separate until a six foot black lance slowly starts to descend flipping it upwards his left hand shooting out and catching it. He takes aim down at Athos and throw his lance at him where if it would make contact it would explode in a concentrated explosion of black chakra covering 25 feet in every direction the area of effect small but necessary for the majority of it's destructive power to be used to eradicate anything caught in the blast

Athos would watch the attack start to form and the ground beneath him cracked as he'd release the Second and Third Gates, throwing himself forward in a dash. He barely escaped the blast radius, which struck his back and sent him forward. He tumbled across the ground but caught his feet and charged madly up the side of the mountain he was previously sent down.
Once he was on the top again, he would throw himself upwards, causing the edge of the cliff to break and crumble before throwing himself upwards towards the man. He'd be there in a few seconds and he aimed only to throw a right punch into Murci's face. It wasn't enough to send him flying away, but just a normal punch. Coming behind it was a left jab, though.

His eyes easily caught track of him as he released the gates and his chakra flared watching the blur move up the mountain and going off his previous attack he once again pushed himself upwards as he flew up. This giving him extra time to react and focus black chakra into his palm this time.
Looking down at the rising Athos he focuses his arm downwards before releasing a wave of black chakra "Shockwave" shooting downwards it's pure intent to smash into him and send him flying the sheer force of it sending murci flying higher as he never slowed his descent upwards when he blasted off.

Using his family's chakra solidification, chakra form beneath Athos' feet and took form of a solid platform. He took a deep breath as he threw himself forward, narrowly avoiding the incoming shockwave.
He flipped in the air gracefully, his feet pressing against another platform before he would push himself upwards at an angle towards Murci again. He was a blur and with Murci still going upwards, Athos started to run on air. Or seemingly so, chakra forming beneath his feet each time he pressed downwards so he could move swiftly and gracefully.
He moved to use all this force and strength to tackle Murci and to cause them both to fall, it was time this got heated.

Watching him step onto the air and walk on it as he rose higher caused his eyes to slightly widen before he realized he couldn't afford to hold back. The Seals underneath his shirt beginning to glow as he spoke "Duo Lower Rank 3" The intricate gravity seals tattooed across his torso and stomach at 13 and restrictions seals across his heart at 11 each lowering themselves down to 10 and 8 as the force of gravity and restrictions on his body lowering themselves.
His muscles tensing as Athos came closer he waited for the precise moment before moving a blur barely seen moving out of the way as he shoot across the sky and dodged. His speed easily having more then doubled from the release of pressure.

Athos wasn't able to fully follow Murci, but he got a good, basic idea. With the man moving as fast as he did, Athos only used his momentum to flip into the air until his body was straight, and he looked upwards to see Murci. His feet pressed against another platform and, as he pressed off, he released the Seventh Gate of Hachimon. Power exploded around him, a blue aura exploding and staying around him as he did so, this being his sweat.
He would press off and take like a bullet after Murci. But he aimed ahead of Murci, leading his shot so that he could connect with Murci. His feet aimed to try and upwards dropkick the man in his stomach, hoping to crush his ribs and send him flying backwards.

Flipping over he strengthened the bones in his leg beyond the point of steel before he released an overhead axe kick as he attempted for both kicks to connect against one another the force from both resulting in them blasting them both away from each other.

The kicks would connect and Athos let out a roar before the pressure would send the tall man flying backwards across the sky. He couldn't fly, though, so he would come to crash into the ground, digging into the ground.

Murci was blasted off and sent flying through the air in a perpetual back flip coming close to the ground he finally managed to correct himself via a well placed air step. Straightening himself up a few cracks could be heard as his bones began to mend themselves as they had cracked in several spots from the previous attack. His dead pulse working quickly to correct the mistakes in his skeletal system, looking down at Athos he began to wonder if maybe he would need to lower his rank. The seventh gate was no laughing matter.

The way the scene played out, it was almost like something out of DBZ. From the crater Athos was in, the blue aura of the Seventh Gate slowly flowed out of, before it slowly began to feed through the cracks in the ground. Then, with a slight shake of the ground, it erupted and the blue aura exploded outwards and Athos would be revealed, screaming as though he was going to transform.
He looked up at the man and felt a smirk cross his lips before he would motion for the man to come to the ground, if he dared.

Dropping onto the ground he figured it would be best to go on fighting without half of his restraints. "Duo Rank Cancel" The numbers below his shirt slowly lowering themselves before hitting zero the seals retreating in their designs until only the numbers were shown.
He would begin to bounce on his feet as he got ready before pushing off and disappearing a huge explosion of rock and earth being sent flying from the released power he was experiencing. He Appeared above and behind Athos mid way through an Axe Kick aiming downwards at his head.

Seeing that Murci had taken his challenge, his already pumping blood seemed to pump faster. But then Murci seemed to up his game even more and Athos kept up. So as the attack seemed to come crush his head, his arms were thrown up above his head in an 'x' shape, to catch the kick and to stop it from connecting. The pressure that came from the kick caused the ground around them to shatter and break but Athos kept his balance.
And he moved to throw his arms outwards, as to send Murci's leg upwards slightly and knock him off balance. And following that motion, his right hand moved to drive a punch into Murci's right rib side, to crush the ribs on that side. Athos' hand moved so fast through the air, it caught fire, like when one uses the Morning Peacock.

Following through with kick he clashed with Athos's arms and felt the struggle that followed with pushing him off balance. Clearly he wasn't about to leave himself open as Athos Pushed his arms outwards and sent his leg up slightly his hands would begin to form air platforms upon which he pushed upwards on thus lifting his whole body up at a 180 degree angle Athos punch missing the previous position of his ribs but not one to try and overpower him he simply pushed off his hands and jumped higher into the air.
His restrains now gone easily showing the effect as he easily soared through the air before stopping on another air platform forming underneath his feet though tilted at slight acute angle so as to look down at him.

The rules you both agreed to say 1 week. It's been three. He forfeits it unless you want otherwise. :P methinks Athos forgot.
Of course I have no reason to post here, but I can't mind my own business!
