Council / Re: Where does the Sub fit in the 2:5 ratio?
« on: August 17, 2017, 12:31:26 AM »
For the record, I'm more concerned on updating the wikia than of this ratio you guys have on the council. I merely asked about it because Eric mentioned he might have to give up his beast, so I'm keeping myself updated so as to reflect it the wikia. If this is not the case, then there's no need to change anything on there.

Suspend the ratio clause as we need people to actually participate in the council. Only reinstate it when more interest and more bijū owners show interest.
I second this one.

Won't lie, candy event gave me a crap ton of gems that I might not have had otherwise, so Neji's forgetfulness giveth and taketh.

I could always use more gems to get up on the Hall of Fame lol
A thousand plus and counting. ;) Anyway, back to the topic, will the event be removed or not?

I'm surprised that event is still turned on, I mean after all it's one of the many events for Easter. I guess Neji might've forgot to turn it off, like he did with the candy item drops awhile back.

I thought it stays active until you actually won something. Because I remember another event, the Kirin, is kinda the same. I stumbled upon it months after the Chinese New Year because I wasn't leveling too often.

Village Square / Re: Chakra Counting
« on: June 15, 2017, 01:31:09 AM »
While my character may be capable of huge amounts of chakra, I still keep in mind how much she uses and what limitations she has at the moment. In a past RP, Yomi had to dish out high-level jutsus in a battle in Suna and eventually, she felt the strain and had to be out of commission in the end because she was really drained. In her current state, she would be weakened quicker when using chakra because of her 'affliction' wherein she had to constantly expend some of it to keep herself alive.

Anyway, from what I've seen around here, some people keep an eye on how much they use, some don't. It's just how you want to play out your stuff. Dunno if every active RPer will even follow a chakra system if one was implemented. Too much hassle, maybe?

I think the Sunagakure events should be updated. Those are done... and I think there's something going on right now about a genetically-enhanced kid rampaging the streets?

Plus, with family life and all that my motivation to log on and post has been very low. I really should try getting back into the loop though. Hopefully Yomi won't mind picking up from where we left off in Kiri <_<
I kinda wondered where you poofed off to, but thanks for telling us. Real life comes first after all. You're still free to respond to the post I put up about I-dunno-how-many pages in the square; I'm willing to continue the mercenary job GMing.

Anyway, don't mind me. Back to the topic. ^^

Feature Requests / Re: The sexism is real

I believe the Hinata event has been tweaked a bit for those women who prefer the same gender. I can't recall him being 'easier' when it comes to females, which is why I changed my gender to male... to avoid getting him to follow me and gape at my backside. >>;; But then again, I may be wrong.

Rules/Foundation / Re: up to date info
« on: November 03, 2016, 02:51:39 AM »
Yomi- As far as I remember, the last time it was discussed, the consensus was that multiple hosting is allowed.

Thanks for that Hades. No need to change the table titles then.

I edit the wikia as soon as I can when I get requests from players, given that they give me the needed information and such. If I'm not around, there's always Hades and Koji. :)

I believe this can be done easily. For now, I depend on the forum and the players themselves when it comes to updating stuff on the wikia. With the help of the other wikia admins, we manage to keep it up to date (I think). However, we still need the help of the community to make sure it is indeed updated.

So far, I think the tailed beast list on the wiki is up to date, however, I may try to fix the table due to the fact that some of the people listed there are holding multiple bijuu so I'm guessing they can only host one beast while the rest is/are their summon/partner. Do tell me if I'm wrong to assume this and I'll leave the table as is. Also, is there a list of updated rules for the bijuu? A link to that would be nice as well.

Any help would be appreciated. :)

Filipino is my primary language, English only comes second. I often surprise people because they thought I'm from an English-speaking country. I also know some Japanese thanks to the company where I work in.

Village Square / Re: Judging
« on: October 13, 2016, 05:20:45 AM »
I just wanted to publicly post that I do not want to take part in any future bijuu events for the foreseeable future. That includes judging fights.
Same goes for me. I'll be bowing out to anything bijuu-related though I am still available to GM other IC events at the main site. :)

Village Square / Re: People are getting stupid (Wikia talk)
« on: September 28, 2016, 01:47:13 AM »
I have been tracking the new pages and edits that have been done in the wikia and yes, some of the custom techs and lore seem a bit... off and they divert from the usual things in the Narutoverse. Reading them made me question a few things here and there, but I, for one, cannot hold back the users from putting in what they want. But then again, while SL encourages creativity and uniqueness, people should still know when to put the brakes on so we can avoid OP-ness.

I'm not sure what term should be used (pardon me since English isn't my primary language), but maybe a "manual of style" can be followed to make sure things don't go too far (e.g. Techs should be stated with a weakness/limit, details should be clear in explaining certain abilities, etc.). Again, I am not limiting anyone's imagination, but it's just a way to keep things reasonable and workable when it is being used in RP.

Just going to put this here: the rules listed in the wikia are found here: http://forum.shinobilegends.com/index.php/topic,8791.0.html

The adopted rules have not yet been updated since August 10, 2016 (according to the edit done) so no edits had been done on the wikia as well. I believe I asked Kay if these rules can be put up in the wikia already though I did put a disclaimer just in case. If there are any changes on here regarding the rules, we, the wikia admins, will try to update them as well.
