Since Bocc quit, can I be the first challenger for the two tails for whomever gets it? Or would this be asking too much? I am fine with whatever is said here  iwas just wondering if it would be wrong of me to ask.

That is too much. Can't claim a challenge, before someone gets it. Like Zanto says, Dart has it anyway.

Could this not be considered a challenge then? I want to officially challenge him for the two tails.

This can not be considered a challenge. Since you're expecting him to see it. You have to message him. Even then, I never took any challenges until my two weeks was up, so everyone could hear about it and get fair opportunity to be first. But who knows how Dart handles it. Go message away, couldn't hurt.
