I guess if you wrote it in the letter then it wouldn't be a problem since the donation has to be entered manually.

The prize mount kyuubi for donating, no.
The insanely pricey godly kyuubi that is almost unencounterable in the stables at very high DK's? Yes

Exactly what Shukaku said. Talk about buying Kyuubi with donations has already been talked about. It just won't be done.

How much would it cost to have the Kyuubi permanently??

Well you'll need to do some math to answer that.
*Pulls out his calculator*

If you only plan on playing for 10 Game days it'll cost 5$

If you only plan on playing for 50 game days it'll cost 25$

If you plan on playing for your life it'll cost the small price of your soul, all your belongings, sacrifice of your first born, and also a blood pact on the second moon of the year 2600 following the guidlines in the tibetan book of the dead for the rituals that would need to be taken place.  =) Of course if you plan on playing for your whole life I would suggest taking our Merrick Stable Special *Holds up a poster* Where you can get a Kyuubi for as long as you'd like with the price of some gems and coins when you hit Hokage, and also you would need extremely large amounts of luck to find him of course =)

Thank you for shopping ShinobiMerchant!

My soul, hunh? IS THAT ALL? And my first born? Please. For Kyuubi, it's a fitting price. I have a question, though; If you donate, say, $50, would the 110 Donation Points a dollar above ten dollars ruke still apply, or do you have to choose between DPs and Kyuubi?

What if I donated, say, $300?? Would that grant me the Kyuubi permanently??

Nope, you will NOT be able to buy a Kyuubi permanently. Unless you pay enough for your lifetime I think? o.O

It's really up to Neji but I doubt he'll sell a permanent Kyuubi by any other means then the ingame mount one you buy from the stables.

If you donated that money i guess you will have the kyuubi for a lot of time but not permanently.

Dude, rather than work your butt to get that much, just try saving up for the REAL permanent one (the one that costs un godly amounts of gems and gold).
Title: Re: Kyuubi donation Question
Post by: Neji on February 27, 2007, 08:56:09 AM
To be fair: you cannot buy a permanent Kyuubi with donations.

Neither you can buy the Seven Star Tattoo nor the Curse Seal with donation points =)

Donations are vital, yes, but there won't be a golden throne where donators rule over everything. They have huge benefits (Kyuubi i.e. for a time), but in the end, it should be fun for all players, not only those with enough money to back their wishes =)

I think people who donate should have a place where they can enter, even if the game is full but i belive that won't hapen right?

We did have a poll at some point as far as I remember...

having 20 "reserved login spots" you can buy at the mission hq.

yet, most voted against it as far as I remember.

So basically the current limit is OK.
There is only a limit to keep the game running fluently.
Though, I ponder what to update next to increase the limit of players.

Bad: The php server needs a more powerful CPU, but almost not RAM... and the SQL server needs more RAM, but less CPU. -_-

I was guessig you would say something like that, but then again i think i would vote against too because we free players would have trouble logging in the game  :P

For the donation Kyuubi we have to get rid of our current mount if we have one already right?
Title: Re: Kyuubi donation Question

your current mount takes a "vacation" to the Bahamas for the duration of Kyuubi.

You don't get rid of your mount, kyuubi just replaces it... when kyuubi runs out, your normal mount reappears as usual as if it never went away.
